We were told there was only seating for four on the deck, but there were chairs for 8 or 9. Would've saved us room packing camp chairs to bring.

This home is perfect for families as the kids bunk beds are downstairs and the Master is upstairs. You are also close to Fort Rock Park which has everything a family needs to keep the kids outdoors and entertained during a great family trip to Sunriver!

The downstairs bedroom is much more than meets the eye! With 2 bunk beds, one of which is a full size mattress, and an additional full size futon, there is a ton of sleeping space. Be sure not to overlook this gem!

My family of 6 had a wonderful experience at 33 Poplar. The house is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could desire for a family vacation. We were there to ski Mt Bachelor, and coming home to 33 Poplar was a delight. Bennington Properties was exceptionally easy to deal with, providing all the information we needed clearly and concisely via email and was super responsive to the few questions we did have during the course of our stay. Can't wait to return to Sunriver and the house at 33 Poplar!

This home is perfect for families with older children, or multi-family. The reverse living design allows older children to have the downstairs, while mom and dad live it up in privacy on the top floor. Additionally, it is perfect for multi-family situations. Bennington Properties treated us like Kings and Queens. They were very helpful and available through text! I loved the convenience of asking them a question and getting a response right away. The home was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect! I wish Bennington Properties managed vacation homes in other locations. We have been staying in vacation homes for years in Sunriver and have never had such a great experience. Thank you, Bennington Properties!

This condition of this house is like an all-new construction: all appliances and systems worked well, and the furniture and carpeting were in very good condition. One plus is that the house is very quiet at night, which helps in getting a good night's sleep.

Well appointed home in a beautiful and private setting. The beds were extremely comfortable which was much appreciated after our busy days of activity. We used the bikes often, the hot tub nightly and enjoyed meals/cocktails on the lovely deck.

This house is great, good location. Would be great for a family with kids, awesome kids room. I do wish the house had a few more pantry items like olive oil, spices. And we did have to pump up all the bike tires as they were flat. But we would definitely rent thus house again. And Bennington Properties is my fav rental agency by far!!

We had a great experience at Poplar 33. We were visiting on a family ski vacation. Good location in Sunriver, comfortable beds, kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal after a day of skiing. Hot tub was great. The home was well maintained with carpets and furniture in good condition. We would stay again.

My family loved this house. We have two young boys and we also brought my in-laws. Plenty of room for everyone. However, you might want to bring a fan for light sleepers because the downstairs guests can really hear any moving around upstairs. We rode our bikes everywhere. My 2.5 year old was even able to ride his balance bike to Fort Rock park. The house was well equip with everything we needed. The many options of board games and ping pong were big hits with everyone. I love Bennington Properties. We rent with them every summer and are never disappointed.

Great home! Nice floor plan! Our family had a blast! Only issue was that it seemed to take a very long time to get hot water at the kitchen sink and the ping pong paddles were shot. Nice that the home has A/C! Tough to find in Sunriver! Nice furnishings and decor. Kitchen offered everything we needed to cook all our meals. Was nice to have a dishwasher too. Gas fireplace was a nice touch as well. We would stay here again! We are picky too :-)

Living space upstairs with vaulted ceilings + deck and hot tub

This is a wonderful property 3 bedroom home. The living room, kitchen, dining room, deck, hot tub and master bedroom + full bath are all upstairs. As such, they benefit from the higher views. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a huge closet and double sinks. You can access the private hot tub from the master bedroom or through the main deck. There is also a separate half bathroom upstairs for guest. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a great gas chimney in the living room and huge TV. The décor of the home is nice in a traditional NW/Bend style. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms which share a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has two bunk beds, plus a sofa bed (so it fits 6 people or kids). All bedrooms have TV/DVD. Downstairs has a laundry room which is very clean and spacious. Then there is a double car garage which has a ping pong table, bikes and a fridge. Garage was clean. <br/><br/>It was only 2 of us who stayed in the home, so it was very spacious for us and we only made use of the upstairs floors. We cooked several nights at home and found all the needed kitchen utensils. The carpets across the home are also in good condition and clean. The kitchen, living and dining room are all one big area with tall wooden vaulted ceilings; so it feels very spacious, but still cozy. The house is on the corner of Beaver Dr and Poplar Lane, so it's not as private as other homes located in the rest of Poplar Lane. Note that the master bedroom has two windows that face Beaver Dr, so if you open the windows you might get some noise (but nothing major). <br/><br/>Note to management: the faucet on the kitchen sink is half broken (the water handle to open the water would not stay up when placed in the hot water position; thus hot water was difficult to get).<br/><br/>Overall we would stay back at this property because it's spacious, clean & comfortable, nice décor, vaulted ceilings, large second story deck, and has a private hot
