Great family friendly home. Close to the Village and all the activities Sunriver has to offer. Great that there were bikes available for us to use.

The master bed was not the most comfortable. Too soft.

A little noisy in bedrooms if guests stay up late in living room. Suit a group that is all on the same schedule.

What an excellent stay! The hosts were VERY prompt and responsive to all my pre-stay questions and concerns, even going as far to give me and my group early access to the unit! The unit was everything that I expected from the website. Plenty of space, FANTASTIC LOCATION and super neat vibes. My friends and I staged a surprise birthday for my wife that was Summer Camp themed and this space provided the perfect, memorable experience that I was hoping for. There is tons of space, the unit was well stocked and they have a ping pong table with GOOD PADDLES (it's all about the little things) - this space is great for entertaining a group. Last but, probably most important are the beds. My wife and I LOVED the mattress/topper combo, so much that we are reconsidering our setup at home. A good mattress came in very useful days filled with all the incredible things to do near by. The unit is a literal 5 minutes away from The Village which makes emergency "oops why didn't we remember to bring this" situations, stress free. Would absolutely recommend for any group looking for an inexpensive stay in the Sun River area and is looking for some good bang for the buck.

We will definitely be back and stay at this home. The separated family room and living room was great for the teenagers to hang out. We could play games at the kitchen table and they could watch movies or play their own games. Plenty of kitchen supplies to make dinners and breakfast well stocked. Thank you for keeping the wood pile large enough to have some fires while we stayed that made the cold evenings and after mountain fun very nice to warm up with. Will make sure and stay at this place every time we come to Sun River this is our jam. The garage is also nice size for the summer time when we switch mountain events to our mountain biking adventures this will be our go to residence. Thank you Bennington Properties.

House is in a great location. Easy access to the Lodge, Village, and business park. Wood fire place and large deck are nice. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay at Pioneer 8.

The house was clean and perfect for our two families. Multiple family areas (both inside and outside), so everyone had their own space. The house is a short bike ride to shark pool, and a slightly longer ride to sun river rec area. The wifi stereo is great because we could play our own music inside and out.

Music System is a little dated, we used our portable Bluetooth speakers all weekend and it was the best option! Loved this house!

Good location walking distance to the main lodge and the shopping area. There was 1'+ snow on the ground from two weeks earlier but roads and bike/walking paths were clear. Bennington communicated frequently and responded quickly when I couldn't find the hot tub key (hanging on the refrigerator in plain sight!). Note if there is snow on the ground, bring flip flops to walk out to the hot tub as the ice is cold on the feet! The living room by the entrance is large and cozy for watching movies. The huge 4k tv had netflix and all the other popular streaming services. There are a few games in a livingroom cabinet, we brought cards against humanity. The garage had bicycles that had tires pumped up (even though it was 25 degrees at night) and ready to ride. There is a pingpong table set up in the garage but it was too chilly to play in March. Overall great experience and I would rent this property again and use Bennington Properties as well.

Perfect home for multiple family getaway. Located near village for easy/convenient access. Separate living rooms made great space for kids to play while adults converse. Oh and soaking in the hot tub while is snowed was AMAZING! Will definitely stay here again.
