Good location; perfect for a family of four or a family of four and their in-laws, and a nice home base from which you can enjoy Sunriver and the surrounding areas. The stove is electric, which changes cooking times a bit. It's a great place and we appreciate the hospitality of the owners.

6 Pine Ridge was a very comfortable home and clean as a whistle. The furnishings are up to date and the beds cozy. The home is very well equipped in the kitchen as well as with games, movies, children's furniture/baby gate, and TV's in all rooms which we loved. It was just my husband and I there to celebrate our 30th anniversary, but we talked about there would be enough room for our children and grandchildren to join us. We were especially happy to be able to bring our Golden Retriever with us. I would say the yard may not be as pup friendly as I would have liked with not much lighting to see at night or first thing in the morning, but that would not deter me from renting this home. I would bring a flash light to help with that. All in all, I would give 6 Pine Ridge a 10 out of 10 and will be back.

Nice house but a few things need replacing/fixing... screen door was off and sitting on the side of the house, wifi goes in and out, thermometer on BBQ doesn't work, vacuum doesn't have enough power and the mattress on the pull out couch in the guest room downstairs needs replaced. House was not ready at by 4:30pm check in time but Bennington generously gave our family gift cards to go out to dinner while they finished cleaning.

Very comfortable house! We had a party of 2 couples , 1 single adult, 2 teenage boys and 2 babies. We all fit just perfectly. The hot tub is not big enough to accommodate all of us, but we soaked in smaller groups and it worked out just fine. The host was very nice and understanding..we had a great time !!

The recently updated home is very clean and comfortable. I liked the way the extra linens and pillows in closets were packaged/folded to help housekeeping easily identify when items had been used and make guests feel confident that housekeeping checked the extra linens after each renter. It is a simple but effective system and made me feel as though Bennington goes just a bit further than other companies/hotels. The bedrooms are spacious. The A/C and washer and dryer are welcome luxuries. Check in and check out was super easy. The half price SHARC passes were a nice promo, although it's tough to beat the free passes included in other rentals. We called Bennington a few times to get details about floating the Dechutes and using the SROA boat launch and the team was very helpful. The Bennington office is close by and a quick easy trip if necessary. Some of our friends rented through other companies and were disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities of their rentals. We would definitely recommend Bennington and this home.

Our family including our yellow lab had a fantastic week here at 6 Pine Ridge! We had stayed at this same home years ago and had a great time then too. The home has been updated with very comfortable beds and pillows in all the rooms. The bathrooms and kitchen have also been updated. The kitchen has everything you need for most cooking. The oven and cook top are well used and the burners probably could be replaced. (The pots and pans do not sit level but otherwise heated well.) The TV/DVD player were awesome as was the internet. The living room with wood burning fireplace was very comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub too. Our experience with Bennington properties was again wonderful! We will be back!

Getting away with the entire family, dog included, does not happen enough for my family. When I saw that there was a dog friendly house available for the days we could travel, we jumped on it and WOW we were thrilled. The house is huge, well kept up, thoroughly stocked and a wonderful place for our children and their bestie- the family dog! Thank you for the bikes and all of the adventures we had.

This house had all you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking item you could need. There was a new hot tub and the kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables. Nice decks outside on the lower level and the upper level on the master bedroom. Great setup for families with children, there was an upstairs area with couches that were hide a beds and the teens could hang out and had a tv in that location as well as several other rooms.
