Everything you need is right here in Pine Ridge 11. This updated, 4 bedroom, 2 bath room has it all, forest views, private hot tub, bikes, free wifi and a gas fireplace.
What a stunner! Downstairs you'll find an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen combo where the whole family can gather together. There's a cozy gas fireplace and large tv in the living room for snuggling down for some family time. The dining room has seating for 8 plus three more can sit at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
You'll also find a queen bedroom with a full en suite bathroom on the first floor.
Head upstairs for three more bedrooms and one full bathroom, king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill between the king and queen bedrooms.
Outside you'll find a private hot tub and back deck with patio furniture to enjoy the forest views with your morning cup of coffee.
When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 3 adult and 2 kid's bicycles waiting for you in the garage. 4 Pine Ridge boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Woodlands Golf Course and Club House or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts. Shops and restaurants, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.

Great home for larger families - my family of six stayed quite comfortably during our stay. Everything was as desired on the listing. The hot tub under the winter stars was a great way to end each night. Definitely would stay here again.

My family stayed a long weekend at Pine Ridge 11 and loved it! The house is clean, well decorated, has many things to do (games, puzzles, books, ping pong, corn hole, darts, bikes), and we loved the hot tub! The kitchen has everything needed to cook your meal, and the BBQ is awesome! We don’t have a baby, but we noticed that there’s a pack and play, highchair and baby gate which we didn’t see often when our kids were little. We love this house and can’t wait to go back!
