This spacious 2 bedroom home welcomes you with comfortable leather furnishings, gorgeous wood ceilings and a wood burning fireplace to chill out after a long day of Sunriver activities. The adjacent kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and everything you need to whip up your family favorite meals. The attached dining room has seating for 6.
Also located downstairs is a light-filled queen bedroom and full bathroom.
Head upstairs for the second bedroom, an ensuite bedroom with a King bed. Also upstairs is a loft with a Queen futon for extra sleepers. There is a portable A/C unit for guests to use on those warm summer days.
Sit under the trees and stars in the bubbling private hot tub. Curl up with a warm cup of cocoa in front of the fireplace or pull up a lounge chair and enjoy the weather on the nice deck area.
Take a short ride to the Deschutes River or Village at Sunriver on one of the 3 adult bikes provided. Or stay inside, have some friendly competition and play a game or two of pool on the 3/4 size pool table located in the garage.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not fully air conditioned (there's a portable unit in the home). With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This house is great -- we absolutely loved it! Perfect size for our family of four + an adult friend (they had their own suite downstairs). One thing worth noting for future guests is that the driveway down to the house is kind of steep, and it doesn't get a ton of sun so it gets icy. We should have scraped/shoveled it with the provided shovel!

Quiet, cozy, relaxing stay. The property company maintains great communication and they were quick to remedy a minor hot tub need. The unit is located close enough to the village for a quick walk to coffee, shopping, and meals. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

This 2-bedroom (with loft) home is a great place for a couple or two couples or a family of 5 looking for something smaller. With that being said, it has everything guests need to enjoy any season in Sunriver. The kitchen is updated including refrigerator, stove and countertops. There is ample space in the living room and dining room. The outside deck is supplied with tables/chairs for eating outside in good weather. The hot tub was clean and ready to go for a relaxing soak. This home's location near a bike path made it easy for us to hop on our bikes and be on the River Loop Trail in minutes. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in Sunriver, and this home ranks in our Top Ten! This was our first time renting through Bennington, and they made the process a breeze - especially the check-in and check-out.

This was a perfect sized home for my small family. The kids really enjoyed the loft area, and the xbox that was provided. The wood fireplace was a nice centerpiece in the room, had plenty of wood provided, and the hot tub was nice and hot! The kitchen had new amenities and had was stocked with all the essential items for use. Bikes were great as well. We really enjoyed our time away from home. The staff was extremely quick to reply to any inquries.

Upstairs faucet and kitchen microwave need to be fixed. Also, I would have liked knowing the pool table was a 3/4 not full size. Best hot tub we have ever used. Great location for using bikes. Water bottle holder for bikes would be nice.

Was a great house that met all our needs. We have a toddler and the house had a high chair, baby gate and everything we needed with a small child. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was lovely and we saw deer in the yard. The master bedroom was quite light and no way to darken it with blinds so in the summer time was challenging to get our baby to sleep until it was dark. But overall enjoyed this place!

The home is cute and comfortable. The owners provide enough amenities like detergent and spices to have a very comfortable stay. The wrap around deck is beautiful for watching the stars and the errant deer that come across the property.

The Bennington office staff were very friendly and helpful giving us maps and snacks. The Pathfinder 1 home was well equipped with everything we could need. The kitchen supplies were good. The furniture was very nice in all rooms, and we really appreciated the reclining couches in the living room. That furniture was among the best we have ever had in our many stays at Sunriver. The wood for the fireplace was ample, and the starting of the fire was made easy with the given starters. It made for such a warm and cozy getaway. We enjoyed looking at the stars from the hot tub, and then could return to the toasty fire. The loft master suite was especially over the top in area and comfort! I probably shouldn't give such a glowing review because I definitely want to come back to this house and don't want it to get so booked I can't get in!

This home is perfect for our family, close to everything - the village, golf, bike paths, the river, you name it. The layout is great, the deck/patio was my favorite part, with a grill and seating to hangout. Would highly recommend for a Sunriver trip.

We had a wonderful week in Sunriver and #1 Pathfinder was the primary reason. We took a lot of short trips and it was always great to get back to the house, get a fire going, maybe shoot a bit of pool, and just relax. Bennington does a great job of maintaining and preparing their houses.

1 Pathfinder was perfect! The home was so clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. I loved the deck and the hot tub, our girls weekend was fabulous. The location of the gym, the resort and, the Village was perfect. We could walk to the gym in the morning and then walk to Carsons Kitchen at the Resort for brunch. Just a perfect weekend altogether. We had a great time on our stay at 1 Pathfinder. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The hot tub was wonderful and the wood stove was cozy. The bikes were also very new and fun to ride. The Master bed was super comfortable. We did notice the cleaning crew left a couple washcloths behind. When we arrived there was one on the dining table and one in the driveway. There was one spot of oil in the driveway like the last vehicle there had leaked oil. Other than that we were very pleased and grateful for our stay and experience!

Wonderful November 2016 Sunriver Stay

We had a wonderful time at Sunriver during our recent stay, though we chose a house that was smaller than we realized. Next time we'll be more careful about the size. The house itself was great, just there were four adults and one teenage girl so it was a little cramped, but we enjoyed the pool table, monopoly, hot tub, walks and bike rides, plus several great meals at the Lodge. We've stayed all over the park and will probably pick a house near the north end the next time, possibly in our favorite area on or near Rogue Lane. We've been vacationing at Sunriver since we first moved to Bend in 1973, and while we've lived in Nevada the last thirty years, we still get to Sunriver as often as we can. We appreciate the high standards of Bennington and have never been disappointed in any of your vacation houses. Earlier this year we stayed at 16 Rogue Lane, which brought back lots of fun memories. We have a video I took of our kids and nephews having squirt gun fights behind the house in 1992, and it was exactly as we remembered it, with updated amenities.

The house appears to have been remodeled recently.. Nice.. But it lacked an extra half bath for visitors.. I will have to pay more attention to that when renting in the future.. The fireplace was ? Intentionally non functional .. It would have been nice to enjoy couple of burning logs ...
