Gather in the spacious living room with a gas fireplace, plush leather furnishings, and a large Smart TV. Or enjoy some downtime in the cozy bonus room, offering extra lounging space, twin bunkbeds, and books to unwind.
Soak up the wood features throughout the home, the fully equipped kitchen, with all the dinner and cookware you need for an enjoyable family meal, and the adjacent dining room for family meals or a game to round off your day.
When it's time to rest, choose from a King suite with a private bath, a King guest room, or a twin bedroom with a study space. If you need additional space for your group, there's plenty more in the bonus room, which houses a relaxing seating area with TV and two twin bunk beds!

We had a lovely stay with our family. It was a kid friendly space with lots of room for our 3 kiddos. The onsite playground was nice to play with first thing in the morning and our dog loved rolling around in the grass. More than enough space for our family of 5 (could fit a few more comfortably) We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here! 2 adults, and 5 kids ranging from 1 to 14. We were all comfortable, there were amenities for all of us. Hot tub was easy to access and so relaxing. The smaller kids had a blast on the playground. We could play catch on the back lawn. BBQ’d and ate outside. All the amenities listed were present - pack & play, high chair, bikes, etc. and TONS of towels. The house was clean, well appointed, and as pictured. Also close to tons of outdoor adventures that kept us busy all weekend. We’ll be back!

Comfortable beds. Lovely back yard.Great bonus room for kids with bunk bed and futon and big screen. Ping pong, corn ball and bikes fun. Quiet location in the northern part of Sun River. Glad to discover the North Market nearby so you don't have to go all the way to the Village.

We had a very enjoyable stay! Very nice quiet neighborhood, very clean, nice furniture, great tvs, wonderful family dining table! Plenty of space for all of us! Patio, hot tub & play structure & yard we’re a bonus! Plenty of patio chat too! Ping pong was fantastic! Bikes were adequate. Great there were 2 fridges! Den with bunks & futon great for kids! Got VERY CLEAN ! Overall 5 stars, owners have done a great job! Beds were also very comfortable! Would recommend for sure! Great family memories!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy with comfortable beds. We easily found extra blankets in the closets. The bonus room was especially great since it gave the kids their own space to hang out and play. The deck was shaded by mid afternoon and is a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying a meal together. The play ground in the back yard was also very enjoyable for the kids. This home was perfect for our stay and we will definitely return!

Great property! Management is really responsive to any questions or concerns. There’s a playground on the property which is so cool. The patio is enclosed and locked. We didn’t have to baby proof the house at all. There was a high chair and pack n play available. The walking/bike paths are right there too.

Enough room to enjoy some time with the teenagers. With a separate game/teen area our family got to enjoy board games and puzzles with the teens but also allowed them space of their own. This property is so peaceful, with an enclosed back patio. Our dog loves this house so much we had to trick him to get him to leave the house. He did not want to get in the car and go home....he is usually excited to go on a drive.
We give this a 5 star and would highly recommend this home!

This cabin is gorgeous and perfect for a holiday get away! We are a family with two little kids and we all had a great vacation here. The kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The home has plenty of room for family gatherings with a beautiful dining table and lots of seating in the living room along with patio seating. Bedrooms are great too. Two king bedrooms and one single bed room along with a bonus room with bunk beds. Kids can play there or it’s a good place for family movie night!! The house is on a quiet street with access to the bike trails, the North Store and you can easily ride bikes to the mall or head out to Benham Falls. We rented bikes and a child carrier, however, the host already has 4 bikes there for your convenience. The patio and backyard is nice, too, even has a play structure. We give this a 5 star and would highly recommend this home!
Odd layout but clean and nice backyard

The layout of the house is odd. It has a nice converted garage space for a group but that is out of the main area. I think it's better for one family than more (even though it can sleep more people it feels chopped up). The house did have a nice assortment of games, corn hole, and a ping pong table plus bikes. The backyard space was nice but the deck had just been redone so more dirt than it will probably be later in the spring or summer. The hot tub was newer and seemed clean. The train is nearby but not very noisy - you can still here it but it is not overwhelming. The neighborhood is nice with long time neighbors that appreciate respectful tenants - if you are looking for a place that would accommodate a noisy group you may want to look elsewhere. Lots of the outside doors are sticky and some of the inside doors are very squeaky. They need some attention. We would stay here again but have found better places for our family and dog so would opt for those if available.
