#4 Ollalie is a comfortable charming home that met our expectations fully. From the bikes & ping pong table to the beautiful gas fireplace, it’s a lovely house. It effectively has two master suites and all three bedrooms are well-appointed. We especially appreciated having nightstands and lamps for reading on both sides of each bed. Access to the bike path and North Store was so easy! And as a pet friendly place, we loved having our four-legged family member hang out with us. The house was spotless on our arrival, and Bennington staff kept in touch throughout the week. We prepared several family meals in the well-stocked kitchen and played board games every night at the large dining room table. It all made for a fun relaxing week. We’ll definitely be back.

This house was a perfect place for our family. The three bedrooms each had a large bed (2 queens and 1 king) and a full bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and tools. The highlight was the hot tub and several bikes. Location is good - about a mile (via the trails) from tennis & pickleball, and very close (a 5 min walk) to the market. Highly recommend.

4 Ollalie is an ideal home for a small family or 3 couples. We were able to bring our dog and there was nice space outside so she could play without being in the neighbors area. The living room was very cozy and we enjoyed the comfy furniture and the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well for us but if you had 6 people who all wanted to cook at the same time it might be a tad small. We really liked the proximity to the north store for those little items we forgot. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home with a great layout. The kitchen is well stocked, has lots of storage and is a pleasure to use. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. The bathrooms need updating but are serviceable. If your looking for a gas fireplace to enjoy the heat it provides you will be disappointed, it is decorative only.

Beautifully appointed home, very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Hot tub was great after days spent hiking at Crater lake & the Sisters area. We saw deer in the yard every morning including several big bucks, great breakfast entertainment. The ping pong table provided lots of competition . The house is dog friendly & there are dog bowls provided as well as a bag of dog cookies and a tag identifing the dog as staying at a Sunriver property. There's lots to do in Sunriver and the surrounding area and Bennington is so easy to deal with. Very professional. We would definitely stay here again. The kids even remarked several times that the house was “ a great find!” Much appreciated by all

The kitchen has an abundance of supplies, bowls, pans, electric appliances. We had no trouble preparing a wide variety of meals. The living room and table are very comfortable for six. The two master suites and the additional large bedroom all on the main floor is a huge benefit, especially without air conditioning. Table tennis and hot tub were also a big plus. The deck does take a beating during the winter and does need to be refinished but certainly does not negatively impact a person's enjoyment of their time outside.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was great! Also, your team is very efficient and helpful. We called after hours on Friday because we were having trouble getting the TV (cable) on. We were told the service person was busy, but would get back to us ASAP. We finally figured it out, so I called to cancel a visit-the service man showed up anyway and asked if we were ok. We also received a call the next am to see if we needed anything.

4 Ollalie Lane is a comfortable, cozy, and quiet home, suitable for 6 guests (we had only 4), kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We used the bikes daily, played ping-pong, and grilled - so those amenities were appreciated. Convenient too, only 2 min. bike ride or 5 min. walk to north store and close to highway 97 access. We visited for 5 days during late July when temperatures were in the high 90s and this home does not have air conditioning, so despite our best efforts at air management (using several fans at the house, closing curtains, etc.), the interior got uncomfortably warm. Thus I would not recommend this home, during the hot summer months, for people or critters who can't tolerate heat, but it would be great during cooler periods. From a property management viewpoint Bennington did a good job making our stay as comfortable as possible. Ran out of tissue and more was delivered promptly, house was clean and other supplies were sufficient.

A couple things: there was an insufficient number of rolls of toilet paper for 6 adults. Same with coffee filters. We went down to the office for more; however, we were given the wrong style of filter for our coffee maker. An extra roll of paper towels would also have been nice. We ended up going to the market for paper towels and coffee filters. Seemed kind of a silly thing to be chintzy about. Otherwise, the house was very nice and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and appreciated the variety and amounts of dinnerware, utensils and pots and pans. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed this weekend at 4 Ollalie with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed the escape. The home was beautiful and warm. We used the provided bikes and took a ride to Benham Falls and through the small Sunriver community. Coming back to the hot tub after a long ride was great! We played games and ping pong in the evening, constant entertainment all day long, all provided at this fantastic home. Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

Thank you Bennington for the dog treats and early check in/out -- great service all around! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We will be back in June. Our new favorite place to stay in Sunriver.

Three couples, 2 dogs, and a lovely home. This was an ideal location and the home was very nice and clean. We were welcomed with two dog bowls, bags of treats, poop bags, and 'if found contact' dog tags! That was so nice of the mgmt company! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a large griddle for our morning French toast. Bedrooms and baths very clean and comfy. Garage full of bikes, ping pong, and other toys. Lots of games, and probably the best movie selection in Sunriver! We all really enjoyed ourselves and this house was perfect for us. Bennington was so nice to us.. they were able to accommodate both an early check in and a late checkout. Thank you for making our weekend so comfortable and fun!

I recently had the wonderful experience of renting the house located at 4 Ollalie Lane in Sunriver for a weekend. It was a comfortable stay for the 4 days we were there. Well decorated, lots of sitting room, clean, and well-kept; the owners and renting company obviously know what they are doing and how to keep their customers happy. The central heating system was responsive when we needed it, and the hot tub was a nice touch at the end of a long day of skiing! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation. This is the second time in two months that we rented 4 Ollalie Lane. This house is great for a couple or a family. In November we had our two adult children and spouses join us, this time it was just my wife and I and the dog of course. One of the attractions to renting from Bennington is the dog-friendly options. The house is well appointed and very clean. I would personally recommend this house to anyone that is looking for that relaxing vacation home. We do have one word of caution if renting this house during the winter months. There are no rain gutters on the house for obvious reasons however, that does create a hazardous situation. The design of the house has three sides on the entry walk, during the winter months the snow melt freeze on the sidewalk and can be a bit tricky to get in and out of the house. One suggestion would be an external code on the garage as well. This would provide a secondary entry point that would be much easier. We will be renting this house again! Also, thank you for having the driveway plowed and sidewalk shoveled. With two feet of snow that was a nice surprise! Thank you, Bennington staff for another outstanding job!!!

Really enjoyed staying in this home. This home was spotless when we arrived. I give the cleaning crew a ten! The dog park was a really nice place to take my dog and be off leash. If some of the tall scrub brush could have been cleaned out it would be a perfect place to let the dog be tied off.

We stayed 5 nights during July.. Having NO Air condition in the home made me a little nervous but it ended up being ok since the thunderstorms cooled things down. And, they had fans in the living room and bedrooms. The fireplace is lovely and we actually turned it on one night. We played Clue with our 18 & 12 year old boys and all loved it! Lots of games, movies, etc. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hangers for our clothes, hot tub was nice. The only thing that ever bothered me with this rental was the master bathroom sink/vanity is SO low! Bennington does a GREAT job with everything! We told them one sink in the master bath wasn't draining and they had a repair guy out the next day. Even treats and a dog food bowl waiting at the house when we checked in. Also, compliments to owners on decor in this home! I love all the furniture, etc. nicely done.
