This newly revamped home consists of 2 stories with a reverse living layout for plenty of space and privacy. Granite countertops, hickory and slate flooring, and a gas fireplace are a few of the nice touches you’ll find in this inviting getaway. The upstairs great room layout has plenty of windows to let in the gorgeous Sunriver sunshine, as well as a wrap around deck for grilling and dining outdoors.
An ensuite bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom are on the main level, with two more bedrooms downstairs; a Queen ensuite bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twins. A second living area downstairs offers ample room for your group to spread out or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. If you’re looking for entertainment, head out to the garage where you’ll find a ping pong table and cornhole.
When you’re ready to explore, head out on one of adult bikes provided for your enjoyment. Fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 22 miles from your front door.

Even though this home is located in the most northern part of Sunriver, it was easy to get around and didn't feel far away from the stores, village, park, etc... We were concerned about being near the train tracks but didn't notice them at all! The house was so great for our three generations of family...a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra 1/2 bath off of the kitchen were ideal! The wrap around deck was so great for meals, happy hour, games and reading a book. You could be in the sun or the shade no matter what time of day you were out there.

This home is well furnished and has a nice enclosed dog run below the main deck. As a home in north Sunriver, you are a bit further away from the Sunriver Village and restaurants at the south end but it is a quieter residential area. There are train tracks nearby but the train isn't too loud or run very frequently. There's easy access to highway 97 out Cottonwood Drive and a full grocery store is an easy 5+ min walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This home is located in the north end of Sunriver and was very quiet. It was also very clean and set up perfectly for our group of 5. The ping pong table in the garage got a lot of use and was a fun amenity. Bennington Properties communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely rent from them again!
