My husband and I along with our adult sons and their partners spent a week in this home and had a great time. It's not a particularly spacious house but it is laid out in a comfortable fashion. The "highlights"of our stay we're the giant bearskin rug on the wall and the equally giant elk head mounted on another. Pros: the entire upstairs is like a suite with bedroom, bath and a large area that 2 members of our family used as a work space since they had to spend time working remotely. It was perfect for them. It was a perfect set up for 3 couples, everyone had their own bathroom and with 2 queens and a king bed everyone had ample, comfortable space to sleep. The back deck was great. Comfortable seating and a railing enclosure that we could relax out side with our dog and not worry about him wandering off. Cons: the only thing that was less than ideal was the size of the kitchen, very little counter space to prep meals. But we managed just fine. We would definitely book this house again for a family vacation.

Our stay was fantastic, great location, plenty of games, bikes and comfy beds and bathrooms for each bedroom. Great deck with hot tub and plenty of room to hang out with family and friends on the back deck. We will definitely stay here again. This is one of the best homes we've ever stayed in Sunriver.

Comfortable dog friendly home

This is a very comfortable, dog friendly home that we enjoyed for the first time in June for an anniversary trip. The kitchen is well stocked and even had an electric griddle (some homes don’t). The living room leather furniture was comfortable and in decent shape. Evenings were still cool so the gas fireplace was welcome. The bedrooms (1K, 2Q) all had comfortable beds with good pillows. If you plan to use the two futons upstairs on the landing, bring blankets or sleeping bags. We could find just one extra blanket in the house. The master suite bathroom has a very nice tile shower with really good shower head spray and pressure (this is a thing for me as I have thick hair and I hope other people appreciate the intel). The other showers are basic shower heads but family said they were good. The deck has a little fence all the way around it so pets are safe to sit outside with you. Our dog loved that! I can’t comment on the condition of their bbq as we brought our own travel Traeger. The garage has multiple bikes that looked nice. We rode our own. Don’t shy away from being out the north end. The grocery isn’t far away and bike trails are abundant to see the Sunriver beauty by bike. We’ve stayed in many different Bennington homes and this is right up on the list of “will return”. Hopefully sooner than later!

Perfect spot for a two family long weekend. It was nice being right by the Lava Trail head. Nice and quiet location and hot tub was perfect after a day of snow activities. Kitchen was very well stocked and had every item I looked for while preparing meals.

We spent five days here and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped with every dish, pot, pan, blender, baking dish, and utensil you would ever need. There were even three different types coffee makers. We loved the separation of space. Our high schooler had the entire upstairs to himself, and had plenty of space to set up his laptop for distance learning while we were there. If you like to hike or bike, the house is within walking/biking distance to multiple trailheads. It was nice not to have to load up the bikes to get to the trails. The completely fenced back deck was perfect for our dog. It was nice to know that she could be out there with us without having to be on a leash. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was perfect size for our two families and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the shower drain and property management was quick to respond and fix it that same day on the weekend. The hot tub felt perfect after a day of hiking in the snow and being outdoors. We loved that it was on the far end of SunRiver and we could hike to Benham Falls from the house. Thank you! We would love to come back.

Bikes in the garage were great, hot tub clean, deck private, and location close to river, golf course, and of course bike paths. The house was clean, well-stocked, in the quiet north end. There was a really nice large fenced in deck with furniture, perfect for hanging out with our dogs. There were lots of games and bikes in the garage, we rode out every day on the fabulous bike paths. Easy to follow directions for everything except the remotes...the property manager had the tech guy call us right back and walked us through them, very responsive. The village had most things open with COVID restrictions, sitting outdoors at the restaurants was great, some had QR codes for menus, so bring your phone. Servers all wore masks, people walking around were 50-50, almost no one on bike paths wore masks, things were still pretty quiet.

The house is big and roomy, gives everyone plenty of space. The living room , dining room and kitchen are all open and its really nice. Kitchen is very well equiped, Bikes and foosball is a great addition for the kids. The house is right next to the main road and bike path so its a little noisy, especially if it was summer and windows were open. Over all the house is great for a large group of people.

We really appreciated the number of bikes available for use, proximity to the bike path, the well-stocked kitchen, the Sunriver Fitness and Aquatic Center use, Sno-Park passes, and the prompt responses from Bennington staff with any questions we had.

The house was clean, everything worked, the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It was situated off a main 'road' so the area was quite. We would rent this lovely home again. I can't think of anything you could have done better. Instructions were clear so gaining access to the house was easy. I appreciate that you checked in with me a couple time to make sure everything was good. This is the first time I rented thru Bennington and I will rent through you again for sure. The layout of 10 Nine Iron was perfect for our group of 3 couples, 2 singles and a toddler for our family birthday celebration - with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor on opposite sides of the house and the 3rd bedroom, bathroom and large bonus room upstairs, we each felt like we had our own space to spread out. The home was exceptionally clean, kitchen was well stocked for hosting a big birthday dinner, and we enjoyed sitting around the gas fireplace!

The rental company's were less than helpful with the exception of Bennington. Shannon was exceptionally helpful in finding a great home at an affordable price. The house is just what you see in the online pictures. Very clean-There were no pet smells, or nasty febreeze coverup. One pet stain in a room that we did not use. Set up was good for our group. It was very quiet. The pet welcome was nice. We were very concerned about the woodburning fireplace that vented directly into overhanging pine branches. This needs attention please! However, it was nice and warm and we did not miss the fire. Good north end location.

WE kept this one more quiet for those who needed a get away and the other ffilled with family members who wanted to play games or visit. We also used the other home as a primary place for meals. so this was lovely for the purpose we used it for. Both homes were away from the busy part of Sunriver on a very busy weekend.

We had a wonderful relaxing Thanksgiving. The loft was great for our teenagers, they would escape the adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and the paths into the Deschutes National forest right around the corner.
