Welcome to 6 Modoc Lane—your perfect Sunriver retreat! This beautifully updated 5-bedroom home is full of wood and stone accents, cozy gathering spaces, and plenty of room for the whole family.
The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, large TV, and comfy sectional—ideal for movie night. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, and the dining area seats 10, so everyone can gather together.
Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious King Ensuite with a TV and direct access to the back deck and hot tub, a guest half bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs is a loft stocked with games and four more bedrooms: a King Ensuite with private bath, two queen-over-queen bunk rooms, and another King Ensuite with a walk-in shower. There’s also a full guest bath upstairs with a shower/tub combo.
The fun continues outside! Enjoy ping pong in the garage, fire up the grill for al fresco dining on the large back deck, or hop on one of the 5 owner bikes to explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved trails—there’s even direct access from the backyard path.

The rental was great! They were with us every step of the way and making sure we found everything. The house was completely equiped with everything for the kitchen with an abundance of silverware for our group. The house was spacious and even better than I expected. Huge driveway for all 4 of our vehicles. (I think we could have fit 7). 2 minutes from the store and gas station. 30 minute easy drive to Mt. Bachlor. We all loved it. Thank you for letting us use your property.

This is a nice house located in a quiet area of Sunriver. Easy access to the Village by bike or car. Kitchen was well equipped and roomy enough to feed a large crowd.

Our stay at 6 Modoc was fantastic! The home was perfect for the 6 adults and 4 kids and dogs! All adults were in King size beds which is a huge plus, with our own bathrooms. We all had our own space if needed and wonderful time together. The master on the main was quite helpful for the grandparents. The home is super comfortable. The "toys" in the garage were awesome! Bennington was extremely responsive and helpful. They were quick to replace a burned out bulb. Love that we have a code to the "extras" cabinet at the rental office, for any extra essentials if we needed them.

The home is well equipped, kitchen stocked, grill had an extra propane tank, and the bikes were in great working condition. Sometimes pictures "oversell" the quality of the home, but this home was better than advertised. Very clean, great layout, plenty of room to play games and watch movies/tv. Thank you for sharing your home with us, and we loved the way you had items labeled in the kitchen.... even the "please replace if you use the last of it". It obviously works cause you had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking our meals.
