This incredible 4,400 sq ft home features five beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms and a bonus room with two built-in bunk beds.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the great room with its vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows. The chef's kitchen includes a spacious island for food prep, two ovens, a gas cooktop, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals.
The dining area can comfortably seat twelve, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. Just off the dining room, you'll find a large back patio with a private hot tub, built-in gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and beautiful views of the forest.
The primary ensuite bedroom, located separately from the other bedrooms on this level, has a king bed, large smart TV, gas fireplace, bathroom with double vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. This room also has access to the back patio.
The second and third bedrooms on the main level also feature king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and access to the back patio.

This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court.
