Just steps from Meadows Golf Course, 1 Meadow House is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This recently remodeled 1200 sq. ft. home has 1 King bedroom, plus a sleeping loft, and 1 bathroom (with heated floors), making it enjoyable for up to 4 guests.
As you step inside this cozy condo, you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings and large windows providing an abundance of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Grab a seat at the cool dining room table with seating for five. The open living room has ample seating, TV, and awesome views, for the perfect blend of cozy and convenience.
On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom with a shower over tub and heated floors. Head upstairs to the open loft to find two twin beds and seating area.
Whether lounging on the deck, or grilling on the BBQ, you and your guests can revel in the peaceful and beautiful landscape that is Sunriver.

This property was amazing. The location was great - bike trails everywhere. The unit had everything we needed. We cooked in a lot and all of the appliances, dishes, utensils were high quality. They had everything we needed. The bikes were a nice added amenity. Everything has been newly redone and is very modern. The king size bed was super comfy. We slept with windows open every night. 2 back decks. The weather was so wonderful I was able to work outside most days on my laptop. Also, very nice gas grill with all the grilling utensils. The unit came with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags for our 6 night stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Sunriver is not easy to navigate for newcomers, but the front office went out of their way to guide us. They provided so much support and even let me use a conference room for a work call that happened before we checked in. I will reach out to them first for any future bookings in Sunriver.
