A luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus Loft, condominium in the popular Meadow House complex adjacent to the award-winning Meadows Golf Course. Conveniently located a short distance to the Village at Sunriver and Sunriver Lodge.
This condo has all the upgrades and charm to make your Sunriver experience truly exceptional. The gourmet kitchen with slab granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and gas range grill make cooking a breeze. An adjacent dining area features seating for 6 and opens up to a beautiful sun room and great outdoor living space with patio seating. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, a flat screen TV, gas & stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, and board games - creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night! Exit the living room to the back deck looking out on the meadow toward Meadow’s golf course, and featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for hosting summer meals. Down the hall is the laundry room, a full jack n jill bathroom attached to the King Ensuite bedroom, and a second King bedroom, each with flat screen TVs. On the upper level you will find the loft-bedroom suite with Queen bed and a private bathroom.
This unit has air conditioning! Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. No garage access with this home.

Loved the location of this condo. It was easy to get to the Village and the Nature Center. This home is well appointed with ample kitchenware for those that like to cook in. Enjoyed the large windows with views of the horses in the far meadow, deer, lots of birds, and planes taking off from the distant runway. It was a very relaxing stay.

The views are wonderful and the house is beautifully decorated with real art and lovely details. Quiet location with plenty of grass for the dog to run through. Perfect for our family.

Three generations met for a last weekend of Spring Break fun. Since we used to live in Sunriver, we knew this condo was in an excellent location, close to shopping and ice skating in the village, the Nature Center and Observatory, and the SHARC. The unit had a nice arrangement of two large bedrooms on the main level. The one drawback was that there was a shared bathroom downstairs, but it was spacious. The large loft was a good hangout area for two teens with their own bathroom, tv, and lots of floor space. The unit does not have a hot tub/spa, but the heated sunroom had an air hockey table that was covered where we attempted a jigsaw puzzle during our stay. The unit is pet-friendly and clean with comfortable beds and living room furniture. .The dining table fit six people comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped but you will need your own spices, condiments, coffee, etc. We would recommend this rental to family and friends.
