This gorgeous, air-conditioned home features vaulted ceilings and a contemporary design.
The living room offers a 55″ flat-screen TV with sound bar and bass speaker. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly nights and air conditioning for those warm summer days.
The well-stocked, newly remodeled kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, double oven and additional seating at the bar for 4. Attached to the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 8 at the hand-crafted, solid wood dining table.
There are two separate decks off the back of the home; one features a hot tub surrounded by a privacy wall, the other a BBQ and seating for the whole crew to cook and eat outside in the open air. Plenty of indoor fun to be had on the Foosball table or with any of the games in the full to the brim game closet.
The first primary suite is downstairs with a king bed with a large spacious bathroom.
The second ensuite bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and a large spacious bathroom.
The remaining bedrooms are upstairs with the third bedroom having two sets of twin beds, the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

GREAT HOUSE! JUST A FEW MINOR ISSUES THAT MAINTENANCE WAS ABLE TO DEAL WITH QUICKLY. LOVED BEING ON THE WOODLAND GOLF COURSE. MY LARGE FAMILY FIT VERY COMFORTABLY.

This home is large enough for multiple families. It was great having two master bedrooms. The house needed a few repairs and was missing 4 of the 12 SHARC passes that were promised. The Management company was very responsive. Overall it was a great home.

I have stayed at this beautiful house several times. Plenty of room for family, and friends to gather. Spacious great room with comfortable seating, and big flat screen TV. Easily fits large gatherings at long dining room table. Newly remodeled kitchen with upgraded appliances makes cooking a breeze. Large deck with patio furniture, and BBQ to enjoy the sun or meals outside. Conveniently located to all the fun things Sunriver has to offer. Would highly recommended staying at this wonderful home.
Great home for a large family or group

We absolutely love McNary 20! It’s the perfect place for a large family or group. With two master suites, no-one argues over who gets the master. They are both equivalent in amenities, including King beds and attached bathrooms. There are also 4 flat screen TVs throughout the home with a 55-inch TV in the family room. The SHARC passes are a plus and are in addition to Bennington’s recreation plan. Quick access by bike or foot to Woodlands Tennis Court Complex, Woodlands Golf Course, Sunriver Trailhead (near Circle 7), Sunriver Canoe Takeout, Benham Falls East Trailhead, and the new bike trail to Lava Lands Visitors Center. Two garage stalls for guests. Big driveway. Well stocked, newly remodel kitchen. Large weber grill with large outdoor eating area/table. Dogs welcome.

It has lots of space and lots of beds. It looks new with nice new furniture and other items. It has all the stuff you need to enjoy a stay at Sunriver. It has nice big TV’s, games, hot tub, bikes and more.

I had a wonderful, restful stay in March 2022. The property is well cared for, beautiful landscaping, very nicely maintained property. Plenty of parking space, quiet section of North Sunriver, near trails and easy access to all amenities at the resort. The home is well appointed, warm and comfortable. I slept very peacefully in the home, large bedrooms and the bed was particularly comfortable. Newly updated kitchen. The deck is large and what a great setting for a barbecue and eating al fresco. This home is a great value and I look forward to staying here again.
