This reverse living home offers air conditioning, a great room with gas fireplace, smart TV and Blu-ray player, open kitchen, dining area, high ceilings with open beams which create a warm welcoming environment on the main floor. Step outside on to the spacious side deck to find outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ.
On the main level you'll find the ensuite bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, attached bathroom with walk-in shower and a private balcony.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a Queen bed and Bedroom two has a bunk bed plus two twins. Both rooms have flat screen TVs. They are nicely separated for privacy with a full bathroom in between.
Enjoy a soak under the stars in the private, enclosed hot tub or a friendly game of ping pong, located in garage. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll or head off on one of the 4 adult bikes provided - The Village at Sunriver is less than a mile down the bike path! Acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few mile radius of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 4, 5 and 10 Malheur homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

It was fun watching 2 does and their fawns playing behind the house. Close to to river path for bike rides or walks. A quiet street. Great deck with comfortable seating upstairs.

Deck is needing sanding and general repair. Great appliances. Water pressure excellent. Close Proximity to sewage treatment plant and intermittent odor outside. Wi-if (router) in basement provided limited coverage upstairs. HVAC provided great cooling during warm days.

You can very easily get locked out almost everywhere. When I first got there I walked into the garage and the door shut and locked behind me. If I didn't have my phone with the door code, I would have been stuck. You can also lock yourself out on both patios.

Lovely home on the edge of Sunriver. Kitchen was great for cooking in with nice big windows to look out. Lots of space for us. Beds were comfortable. Nice fire and super comfy couches. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Close walk to the river! Just a half mile and great place for dogs to swim. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Unlike a lot of rentals, the pans were in good condition. No neighbors on all 3 sides which was very nice.

This home was above & beyond any of our expectations. I came with my family of 5 + a small dog & noticed every thoughtful detail in the home including the well-supplied kitchen, almost brand-new furniture, family bikes & ping pong in the garage, extra linens & towels, etc. etc. This was the vacation home of our dreams & we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
