This home features an open living area with high ceilings, a sleek electric fireplace, and windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight. The fully stocked kitchen will please the chef in your family with a gas range, lovely wood cabinetry, plenty of countertop space and all the pots, pans and utensils to prepare your family's favorite meals. The dining rooms sits adjacent to the kitchen to with seating for 6, additional seating is available at the nearby bistro table.
When you are ready to retire for the evening, there are three bedrooms to choose from. Bedroom one is the primary ensuite with a king bed, tv, DVD player and private bathroom. Bedrooms two and three share a jack-n-jill bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed and TV, bedroom three has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds.
Outside, there's a large deck with a private hot tub and grill, it's the perfect place to spend a sunny morning with a cup of coffee or a comfortable summer evening enjoying a meal together.
Situated in the captivating city of Sunriver, Oregon, this vacation rental provides easy access to an array of outdoor adventures. We have been coming to Sunriver for many years. This is the first time we have rented through Bennington Properties. The communications were informative and fun. The property was well maintained and extremely clean compared to others we have stayed in in the past. I was even able to put my clothes in the dresser as there were no dead or live bugs in there. Very clean! I am looking forward to renting from Bennington in the future. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A very large kitchen with labels so you could find stuff easily and space to hang out and relax. Game selection was great. Pet friendly and close to the trails. Perfect for walking our furry family member. It was a very pleasant stay and we kept saying to each other “this is really nice”. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but that’s ok. Is it too early to book it for next year?

It is a lovely home stocked with everything you might need. Though it sleeps 8, it is a smaller home and does not have a garage. We were very comfortable with four adults and three teenagers.

We made our entire traditional Thanksgiving feast in this kitchen, and everything came out great.! It's cozy, but spacious at the same time, so we could all hang out together and still have our own space. Hot tub was ready for us when we arrived- and the place has bikes now. Great family holiday time spent together- happy people, happy dogs. We will definitely come back here!
