This quintessential two-level Sunriver home is all about location, location, location, just a short walk to the SHARC and an easy walk or bike ride to the Village and Fort Rock Park.
The living room features gorgeous wood walls and a vaulted ceiling, plenty of cozy seating, a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and dinnerware needed for a lovely family meal. There is dining table seating for 6 in addition to bar-top seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.
Downstairs bedrooms include a queen ensuite bedroom with an attached bathroom with step-in shower and flat screen TV, a bunk room with two twin bunk beds, flat screen TV w/DVD player, and Nintendo 64 gaming system and a queen guest bedroom. There is also a full bathroom downstairs just off of the bunk room with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs, there is a loft with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. There is an attached bathroom with a step-in shower.
Back deck includes patio seating and gas BBQ and is fully enclosed. Five adult bikes, board games, and playing cards are at the home for your enjoyment!
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned.

Two master bedrooms and a large bunkroom for the kids give everyone their own space when they want it. Plenty of room on the deck with lots of seating available in the garage for dining outside in the evening to enjoy the pleasant summer breeze. Grill worked great, hot tub was a great ending to days of hiking, paddling, biking, and disc golf. One of the best-equipped kitchens we've seen in Sunriver, making meal prep easy and fun!
