Light and bright is how you will feel upon entering 17376 Lively Lane. This home located on a huge 10 acre, partially fenced, lot, just outside of Sunriver, will have you coming back time and time again. The chic and charming great room features cozy furnishings, a fully stocked chef's kitchen and dining room, plus quick access to the rec room and outdoor deck.
There are three bedrooms in the house. The primary ensuite features a king bed and private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three each feature queen beds and share a bathroom with shower/tub combo. A day bed with a trundle is located in the recreation room for overflow, and each bedroom is outfitted with Casper mattresses, cozy bedding, and a tasteful design.
Head outside to enjoy your private hot tub, horseshoe pit, frisbee golf, deck for grilling and fire pit for stargazing. The deck has nice southern exposure where you can take in all the beautiful Central Oregon wildlife. The 10+/- acres are partially fenced
All TVs have streaming services, no cable.

this house is so spacious and clean! it's elegantly decorated yet super comfortable as well. 2 totally fenced yards, and an absolutely pristine hot tub. elk even came wandering up the driveway! this is our favorite house, and we look forward to many future visits.

Family of 4 with two large dogs - everyone had all they needed; comfy beds, comfy furniture, hammocks to lounge in, a hot tub to relax in, and space to spread out. Almost everything in the home is brand new and fully stocked. The lot is huge and you feel secluded in your own forest. A herd of 30+ elk wandered by within 25 yards of the house! The dogs can roam freely in the fully-fenced backyard.

The house was amazing. We had a hard time leaving to do the things we planned because the place was so beautiful and private. We hope to return here for years to come.
