Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 3 and 5 Leisure Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

The Good 1. The location is very good, forest view, quiet, close to the Village. 2. Nice to have AC, as it's was very hot. 3. Living room furniture is comfortable (couch & chairs). The Not so Good 1. The Beds. House is listed as sleeping 8, but only the 2 queen beds were acceptable. a) King Master - my wife and I found the King Master bed was old and sags, and did not use it. My daughter & husband (~27 yrs olds) tried to use the Master king, but were so uncomfortable they stayed only 4 days of our 11 nights. b) Pull Out Couch Bed - The pull out bed in the "Bonus Room" is unusable, and needs to be replaced. (Bought a camping mattress for our son instead) 2. The house is dated, with old fixtures and appliances.

Other than the dishwasher being a little loud and the fireplace a little finicky, the house is great! Even with the fireplace being difficult to start, the customer service was amazing. We had someone there to fix it in less than a half hour after contacting the company. The house is incredibly comfortable and homey, close to everything but far enough away you do get some privacy from other sunriver guests. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Considering the fact that the home is slightly older, it was in good shape. Very charming wooden walls and ceilings in certain parts of the house.

This house is in a perfect location and has a fantastic view out the back deck. Great for watching the action on the bike trails but with more than enough common space between the house and the activity outside. The kitchen is well equipped. The 3rd bathroom in the bonus room is actually two rooms and small, but served our group needs just fine. The two bedrooms upstairs share a jack and jill bathroom which is great for a couple with kids. Overall we enjoyed a lovely stay and would consider renting this house again.

It was great.

The home seems to need some updates and fixes. I sent over an email with a list of items that may need repair. Thanks!

Overall we enjoyed our stay for the second year. Rented it for next year. The gas BBQ needs new burners. They burn to hot in the back and not in the front of the BBQ

Our stay at 4 Leisure was very nice. It is close to the Sharc, Village, and bike trails, making it a prime location. The house is very comfortable and the newer woodsy entertainment room was a big hit! Lots of games and books for all to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable and the house was incredibly spotless.

Excellent house and location. Bike trail is right off the back. Rode bikes, rafted, hiked and spent quality time with family. BTW, did a great 40 mile round trip road bike ride to Bachelor!

There were 5 of us (all Seniors) in Leisure 4. We had a lovely, peaceful week with lots of walking, biking and some who played golf. We ate in and we ate out. Facilities were quite adequate for our needs, clean and comfortable. We have been to Sunriver many times as a family group, (3 siblings and 2 spouses) so are familiar with the area and know what we like to do. The weather this year was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. We were fascinated with some of the culinary choices at the Brewery in Sunriver and the Lodge (although a bit pricey), not as impressed with the Village Grill. Canoeing was another activity we enjoyed
