This stunning, multi-level Sunriver vacation rental awaits your visit - 8 Lassen Lane comfortably accommodates up to ten guests with a spacious great room, four tastefully appointed bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The lodge-style construction boasts beautiful tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, a classic river rock gas fireplace, 70 inch flat screen TV, hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining areas, and an upscale kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. Preparing meals will be a breeze for your group's resident chef(s) - the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to host a dinner party and expansive granite tile countertops and a large center island with bar seating means multiple people can participate without running into one another!
Step outside from the kitchen and dining area onto the deck to find patio seating, a gas grill, and the private hot tub. Back inside, head down a half flight of stairs to encounter the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, laundry room, and full guest bathroom. This bedroom has a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and an exterior door opening onto the hot tub. The attached bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanities, soaking tub and separate tiled shower. The downstairs guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and also provides access to the hot tub.
Head up the stairs from the main floor to find a second suite, guest bedroom, a large 4th bedroom/bonus room and a shared bathroom. To the left of the stair landing is the primary suite with a beautiful log King bed, vaulted ceilings, and a flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and a large, walk-in shower. To the right of the stair landing is the tastefully furnished guest bedroom with a comfortable King bed, large window and a flat screen TV. A large bathroom is located directly across the hall and has a tub/shower combination; access from the hallway or the 4th bedroom/bonus room. The 4th bedroom is oversized, accommodating up to four with two (2) Twin beds, plus a Twin Bunk Bed. A flat screen TV, foosball, and air hockey tables make this a great secondary living space for the kids.

It has everything that you need for an amazing stay in Beautiful Sunriver. This home is very spacious and comfortable. We had a relaxing time. It will be on the top of our list to stay at again in the future with family. It was just the 2 of us this time. The fireplace is very romantic and so was the hot tub right off of the master suite. We loved the log accents and rustic look. The bed was very comfortable. It's just a great home. Thank you to the owners and Bennington Properties !

Stay longer than two nights - otherwise, there is scarce time to enjoy all of the amenities of the house! Great having air hockey, foosball table and ping pong table available. Bikes (even though I did not ride one) seemed to be in excellent condition, best I have ever seen at a Sunriver rental.

This is a great house with a lot of space for two families. I love the double masters and 4 full bathrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils.

The house has two bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bath unless someone wants to use the downstairs hall bath (which we did).

We checked into 8 Lassen yesterday evening. I just wanted to let you know that we are blown away with your attention to detail in the house!! The house is PERFECT! The dog dish & cookies is over the top!! All of the signage and attention to detail in the house is very well thought out and there is nothing missing, you've nailed it. We have stayed in over 100 rentals houses and this house and your company top the charts. I just wanted to let you know…..keep up the good work. It is noticed and appreciated! I wish your company was where our second home is, I would hire you in a heartbeat!!

We made last minute reservations for a short spring break trip with some of our extended family and our dogs. The house that we had rented in the past was booked so we decided to try 8 Lassen Lane. The home ended up being everything we hoped it would be. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room was perfect, the hot tub was very clean and in great condition and the bedrooms, bathrooms and bed combinations fit our needs perfectly. On top of that, the home is in quick walking distance to the gas station/store which made for fun little outings for the youngest in the group.

Everything was very nice. Great home for large family. Lots of room, games, very clean and nice. Bennington is the best. They even sent an email before arrival about the new snow and poor roads. Very cool
