There are two things, the heat in the house when we entered was at 57 degrees. It took several hours for it to warm up so my family was bundled up in jackets for the first evening. Second, this wouldn't have been as big of a deal if there was firewood provided and for the amount of money we paid to stay there this would be a good addition. Last, nowhere does it say anything about the hot water and the old plumbing. Anytime anyone took a shower if you flushed a toilet, turned the dishwasher on or the faucet the shower would get scalding hot and then freezing cold. For a few minutes after it went back and forth between super hot and cold.

We read the reviews before choosing this rental. As far as the train being nearby, we heard it a little, but it was not obviously a train. We only heard a train horn one time in the distance. Someone mentioned a choppy room layout. We have teenagers, so for us, it was nice to have a space where they could do their thing without being in the middle of the house. We thought the layout was smart for families with older kids. The home was located within walking distance of a store, and easy on and off the freeway. It was perfect for a family with pets who love nature. We plan on renting this home again.

I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy house. The central location made it great for exploring in all different directions. My dog and I enjoyed morning walks to the village, playtime in the park, and afternoon strolls to the river. And you can't beat biking in Sunriver! The deck was great for relaxing in the sun and, of course, enjoying a soak in the hot tub at night. I will be back!

Thank you for the stay, it was lovely. Went to this property with my two dogs, and a few friends and it was lovely! The hot tub was great, view of the stars at night were amazing and we enjoyed playing yahtzee that the hosts left in their pantry!

This home is extremely accommodating and relaxing. Plenty of room for our family with 5 kids and great access to local amenities. Bennington Properties is quick to respond. We had a moment where we locked our bikes up at the swimming pool, and when we came out, one of the numbers had broken and we were unable to get the lock off. After awhile of messing with it, we called Bennington Properties, and they said they would be there in about 10 minutes. He actually showed up in less than that and was very helpful! We will definitely be back!

This homes location was perfect! Fort Rock Park was pretty much in the backyard which was great for my boys! Loved having a secluded hot tub and grill as well as the bikes that were provided. I would definitely stay again.!

everything was great except the fireplace leaked smoke into the house really bad and we ended up not using it after the first night. everybody complained about breathing the smoke. you can see several cracks in the mortar firebox where smoke can leak into. yes we checked the flue and had it opened all the way. other than tnat the house was awesome.

We had a wonderful time and the house met our needs. However, when showering, the water either got very hot or very cold if someone was using another faucet. We had to announce we were showering so we could have a comfy shower. And the master bedroom was lovely except that there was no door. So no privacy and we could hear everyone downstairs.

Hi. For a dog friendly home it was great. I didn't put any higher marks because we have stayed in homes that weren't pet friendly and they were a notch above this home. With that said, this home was great. We appreciated how well stocked (dishes/kitchen utensils, abundance of towels, etc.). Loved the keyless door and the selection of bikes was exceptional. If we bring our dog, definitely consider this home again.

Over all great place. On a scale from 1-10 , I would give it a 6. On a good note it was a very comfortable sleep, and the home was clean and it stayed very cool, during the hot days. The only suggestion, is the hot tub is very old, it did not work was like sitting in a hot bathtub. Location was good, although we were very bummed that the North pool was not available for us. Keep in mind , that not everyone has children, and would like a more quiter poolside environment.

We were very pleased with Lark 7. It was clean, comfortable and a great floor plan for families. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies we needed and I was particularly impressed with the availability of spices, plastic wrap, foil, etc. provided. We enjoy cooking on our vacations and it was so nice to have what we needed available in the rental. The fireplace, hot tub, and flat screens were also appreciated by our group. I was impressed with the professionalism and the ease of making reservations with Bennington Properties. We had a lovely time and will definitely return in the future!
