19 Klamath is a gorgeous two-level home that's nestled between the Woodlands Golf Course and the Deschutes River. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath Sunriver vacation home provides guests with 1,555 square feet of enjoyable living space and maximizes it all with an open-concept floor plan.
Once you step through the front door, you'll notice the vaulted ceilings tower over a large living room complete with leather furnishings and a large flat-screen television set. Feel free to cozy up by the gas fireplace that's surrounded with natural stone when you're looking to end your days on a warm note.
Next, to the living room, the dining room hosts a large table ready for six guests to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances and fully-stocked cupboards with utensils and culinary accessories. Large windows, skylights and sliding glass doors to the outside deck and patio provide endless amounts of natural light throughout the lower level of the home.
The over-sized main level primary suite makes for the perfect retreat when you're looking for solitude with cable TV and access to the hot tub. The attached bathroom includes two separate vanities and a shower/tub combo.
Head upstairs to find bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two has a king sized bed and cable TV, Bedroom three has two twin over twin bunk beds and makes the perfect play and sleep room when you're traveling with kids. You'll also find a full bathroom on this level.
Head outside to enjoy the deck with gas bbq or chill in the gorgeous Sunriver sunshine with scenic view for moments when you're ready to relax and unwind in style. There's also a small, enclosed dog run just behind the garage with artificial turf.

This is a great home that has anything you need to enjoy your stay at Sunriver. Great fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, nice beds, hot tub, SHARC passes, bikes, ping pong table, patio, A/C. It can accommodate two families with kids: 2 bedrooms with big king beds and a kids bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bennington staff is very responsive. Would stay there again!

House was super cozy and in a great location within Sunriver! The hot tub was really awesome - the large vaulted porch over the hot tub was a nice touch protecting from any weather. Ping pong table in the garage was appreciated. King sized bed in the master was really comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed room. Thank you!
