A comfortable studio suite located within walking distance to Sunriver Lodge, Village Mall and Meadows Golf Course Clubhouse, this ground level condo a great weekend getaway for a couple or small family. 3 Kitty Hawk is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed, cozy sofa that converts to a full bed, dining table for 3, and floor to ceiling lava rock fireplace. The studio kitchen has the following items for your cooking needs: 4 burner stove/oven, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
3 Kitty Hawk has easy access to the bike paths of Sunriver, the Village of Sunriver, golf courses, and all the Sunriver area has to offer. 2 adult bikes are available during your stay for exploring 36 miles of bike paths throughout Sunriver.

Nice size for a studio, with full kitchen and fireplace. some items are a bit dated, especially TV, but bed linens very clean and kitchen items spotless. Two cruiser bikes were great, though not for long, hilly rides as they are single gear. No pool at condo unit but Bennington does reimburse half of cost of day pass for SHARC pool.

Great studio for 2 guests. The fireplace was a lovely addition and the provided quick burning logs were such a thoughtful addition. The bed was comfortable and the little kitchenette was surprisingly well stocked.

The kittyhawk condo is great. We've stayed there several times and it's perfect for two people. We like the quick access to the bike paths. It's a clean and quiet getaway. Bennington Properties was great with their communication and they addressed questions immediately. We look forward to returning to Kittyhawk again sooner than later.
