In this reverse-living house, the light-filled great room creates a spacious and welcoming feel. Cozy up in front of a large natural-stone, double-sided gas fireplace in the living room, or enjoy a soak under the starry sky in the fully enclosed, private hot tub area. Touches like comfortable leather furnishings in the living room and Ensuite bedroom, as well as an updated kitchen with granite countertops, add a luxury feel.
The double-sided fireplace adds warmth to the upstairs King ensuite bedroom with attached bath. The upstairs wrap-around balcony overlooking mature pine trees is a great place to soak up that Sunriver sunshine, or grill and dine outside with your group.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms; a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, both bedrooms have cable TV and share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
There are 4 adult bikes provided, as well as a regulation cornhole game, and a full-size foosball table set up in the “game-room” side of the garage. The kitchen is fully-stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker. It’s really a great vacation home!
This charming and bright home has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north end of Sunriver close to some of the best hiking and biking trails in the area. From the home, it’s a very short walk to the beautiful Deschutes River, the Woodlands Golf Course and the Benham Falls Trailhead. And just a one-minute bike ride to National Forest Mountain Bike Trails (towards Benham Falls); under ten-minute bike ride to Fort Rock Park and the Cardinal Landing Foot Bridge (with extensive mountain biking trails); and a twenty-minute bike ride to the Marina and Village at Sunriver.

What a comfortable house and beautiful setting in Sunriver! This location was perfect for us because it is just a 5-minute walk to the Deschutes River and Benham Falls trailhead. We think the Benham Falls bike trail is the best biking in Sunriver. And the house supplied bicycles for us as well as camping chairs so we could picnic at the river. It was really a great vacation.

Really nice house. It was very close to the Woodlands golf course so perfect for me and my wife. Plus, after dinner we could walk along the golf course since it was closed by then. The house was great and included everything. Half of the garage is set up as a game room with foosball and my family also enjoyed the cornhole game. We’ll be back again.

We had a great stay at this house - everything was as described and the house was well stocked with basics. The hot tub was great and morning coffee on the deck was a perfect start to the day. Would definitely come back again!
