Nice place to stay with easy access to everything Sunriver has to offer and a short drive to Bend. The place is cozy and comfortable. The fenced back patio / hot tub area creates a nice sense of privacy even though there are other properties nearby. We would definitely stay again when vacationing in central Oregon.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing time in Sunriver. We are excited to come back in the summer time, as their will be much more to do. If you go in the winter, bring your snow gear so you can enjoy a hike. It would have been nice to get out on the bikes. They do a great job keeping the paths and roads clear. Bring your own coffee and food. The kitchen was great and we made all of our meals at the house. Overall, it was a great stay.

This is a well-kept, clean, comfortable home. It was a great stay and just the right size for our Mom & 3 Daughters weekend. The house is small but set up so that we could move around comfortably. The Bennington team (as usual!) was very responsive and accomodating. I would recommend and stay here again.

This is a great home for a single family with lots of kids. The 4 bunk beds were a huge hit with our family. Appreciated a seprate full bathroom for kids next to the bunk beds. The closed in porch was great for little kids and our dog. Appliances are updated and plenty of kitchen equipment. Great location to be able to walk to the park or SHARC pool.

This home is well appointed, comfortable, and well situated. We found the beds comfortable, and we loved the hot tub! Our kids enjoyed the use of the ping-pong table especially, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find absolutely everything we could need for cooking and serving in the kitchen! It was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever encountered in a vacation rental, which was especially appreciated, as we were there over Thanksgiving. We arrived to bunny prints in the snow on the deck and were able to watch a family of deer for hours one afternoon.

Cozy house in a great location - close to Fort Rock Park, Sharc, and The Village. Very nice 2-person hot tub with plenty of jets and multi-color light settings. Outdoor grill looked brand new. Nice tile throughout entire first floor. Kitchen was nice, especially the fridge. Beds were super comfortable. My son had a hard time choosing which of the 4 queen bunks on the 2nd floor loft to sleep in. The house is close to the train tracks, but we actually enjoyed hearing it . Would definitely stay in this house again. Bennington Properties is excellent with communicating everything you need to know about your rental.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Nice arrival when we walked in with lights and heat on in the house (in March). Beds are comfortable, great pillows. The upstairs loft bunkbeds are 4 comfortable Queen beds, lots of room! Each bunk has a reading light which was really handy for our kids at night. The hot tub was great, fits about 2 people comfortably, it was ready to go on arrival heated up to a wonderful 104 degrees. We liked the back enclosed patio for privacy. Kitchen is well-stocked and all appliances worked well. Nice large television in the living room for family movie nights. Comfy couches with pillows and extra blankets for snuggling up by the gas fireplace. The cul-de-sac makes it a great location for families with small children who want to play outside. Tip: bring extra toilet paper if you're staying longer than a few days with a family of 4, there are only a few rolls provided. Also, the downstairs bedroom gets cold at night, there is a plug-in space heater in the closet.

Excellent place for 2 of us - we really enjoyed it. We would stay again no doubt. Overall had everything we needed; kitchen had enough tools to do the job. Hot tub was a perk and fully enclosed deck was nice too. It was roughly a 3-4 minute drive to the grocery store/sunriver mall area which was convenient when you forgot something for a meal.

It's most comfortable for a smaller group. We had invited some grown family members who were not able to join us, but it would have been tight with more grownups. Kids, no problem. The bunk beds are double-wide. It was the first time we had ever seen such spacious bunk beds. It's very nice, updated, and well-positioned for a walk to SHARC or to Sunriver Village.

This is a very well kept house, perfect for up to 6 people. Very comfortable and fit the needs for our fishing trip perfectly. We used the outdoor barbeque several times. Very handy. The back deck is fenced providing some nice privacy from the road and bike path. We would definitely stay at this home again!

It's near the railroad tracks which was a little annoying during the night. We know this is completely out of your control, but we may have chosen a different property based on this. We had a lovely stay though and will definitely be back!

This house is the perfect little getaway spot for a small group of people (2-6). It's within 5-10 minutes of sunriver village and 30 min to Mt. Bachelor. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while bundled up on the couch with a fuzzy blanket. The open concept in this house is also nice.

Me and 5 of my friends came to Sunriver to ski for a weekend. The house met all of our needs. We loved the bunk beds and the cozy atmosphere of the home. Great distance to both the mountain, Sunriver things to do, and Bend. We would definetly stay again.

The reviews are true; the house is even nicer than the photos. Quartz counters, beautiful modern appliances, beautiful bathroom sinks and fixtures, new hot tub and washer/dryer...comfy furniture throughout. The queen bunk beds were very spacious and comfortable. I slept better here than in my own home. The house is very close to the Village, about a mile. So close to Bend and Mt Bachelor. We had a very comfortable and memorable visit. The stay far exceeded my expectations!!

Stayed 4 nights here with our two kids. The upstairs is a huge loft with full size bunks and a bathroom! It was wonderful to soak in the hot tub after skiing all day. Amazing value for what you get and the owners are wonderful to communicate with. We will be back!

Great location close to SHARC and not far from The Village. Quiet cul de sac other than the train that runs nearby several times a day, which didn't bother us at all (no horn), but is good to note. Clean and cozy cabin style home just as pictured and described. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5 with older children that can be responsible with the loft safety-wise. The loft area is much larger than it appears in the pictures. All of the main floor is hard slate tile with area rugs, which is good to note for smaller children (crawlers or new walkers). Beds were comfortable, though it is also good to note that the main bedroom bed is quite high. The closet was deep enough to put the pack and play for our infant. Otherwise the room would not be large enough to accommodate a pack and play. We stayed during a heat wave and at the warmest time of day it was in the mid 80s and was bearable, but a small air conditioning unit or additional fans would be helpful. Thankfully it really cools off at night! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
