Welcome! 10 Jackpine Lane offers the perfect combination of updated features, location, and comfort. This wonderful 4,200 square foot home will comfortably accommodate your group of up to fourteen guests. Tall ceilings with beautiful pine and stone accents shine in gorgeous natural light; you will feel ready to relax as soon as you step inside - the great room concept on the main floor features an open floor plan with comfortable furnishings, beautiful stone mantle gas fireplace, flat screen TV and deck access.
There is room for the whole family with 5 beautiful and comfortable suites with King beds and flat screen TVs. The 6th bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds and is located off of the game room featuring foosball, a wet bar, large flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with double ovens, dual dishwashers, two sinks and a gas stove.
Step outside to find a large gas BBQ and spacious back deck with private fully-enclosed hot tub area. Comfortable chairs invite you to soak up the sun or enjoy a meal al fresco. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out for a ride along the miles of paved pathways on one of the 7 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. 10 Jackpine is conveniently situated near Sunriver Village for shopping and dining. Lazy floats along the Deschutes River, the Oregon Observatory and Sunriver Nature Center, and golf are all within a few miles of this home.

Very comfortable and spacious for our group of 11, including 2 toddlers. The kitchen is lots of fun; everything worked and it is sized for cooking for a crowd. 2 of everything- DW, fridges, ovens, disposals, etc. and roomier enough to cook dinner with kids and dogs coming through!Beds and bikes were great. Lots of room to eat and play inside and outside, and everyone could just lounge around with space. If you filled every bed you could still handle 6more for meals and visiting.

Our stay at Jackpine was wonderful. All of our children and grandchildren were present. Jackpine 10 accommodated our family extremely well, and all of the adults (4 couples) had their own bedroom and bathroom. The large kitchen and communal area was perfect for gathering! This was also one of the first vacation rentals we have used over the years that provided plenty of dishes, glasses, plates, seating, pots, pans, bikes, and other amenities that made our visit truly enjoyable.

This home was beautiful, and had the perfect layout for our family reunion. With multiple king en suite rooms, and a separate area for the kids, each couple had enough space to feel like we weren’t on top of each other, while the large great room was so welcoming that we spent most of our time together (the photos don’t do it justice). The kitchen was really well stocked with equipment, and the island and table made family meals comfortable. While Sunriver is full of vacationers, somehow this place felt a bit isolated and quiet, while still being connected to the trails and village. I would highly recommend, and can envision us staying there again.

Jackpine 10 is a lovely, spacious home for a family gathering. It is comfortable and easily accommodates a large gathering. It is completely furnished with whatever you will need. This was the third family reunion booked with Bennington Properties at SunRiver. All have been outstanding, and I'm sure we will be returning.

Very central location. Great kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms, most with private bath. Not great for families, better for couples trip due to bed configuration. Only room for six to dine outdoors. Bikes don’t work.
