Our spacious, air-conditioned four bedroom, two-level Sunriver vacation home spreads out over 3,268 square feet of living space, including a bunk/game room for epic family game nights, two comfortable king ensuite bedrooms, and a cozy wood fireplace. All of this, plus you will be just a short walk from Fort Rock Park.
The main level features an open concept space with living, dining and kitchen areas bathed in great natural light, plus two King ensuite bedrooms and one half bathroom. The spacious living room with flat screen TV opens up to the dining area with seating for 8, which looks out onto a sunlit deck - a great place to BBQ on the gas grill or soak under the stars in the private hot tub. Enjoy putting together family meals in our roomy, fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler.
A flight of stairs takes you up to the second level with two more bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms; the first is a spacious room with two queen beds, the second is a game room with two pyramid bunks. The game room is a great place to snuggle up and enjoy a favorite movie on the flat screen TV, or play a game of pool. An electric vehicle charger is located in the garage for your convenience.
It’s so easy to explore all that Sunriver has to offer from this central location. Set off on foot or hop on one of the 4 adult Big Dog bikes to take to the 34 miles of paved paths running throughout the community . You will have no lack of adventure here - the fun at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of 6 Irish Mountain Lane. Looking for wintertime fun? Strap on a pair of snowshoes and head to the fairways or take a beautiful drive up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from the front door!

I love the large open area with the living, dining, and kitchen all areas for people to sit and visit. The kitchen was great to cook in and the beds were very comfortable. The pool table was a nice addition and provided many games. Having bathrooms for every sleeping room was so nice for everyone.

Check in was so easy and communication with the property management company was great. The house is in a great location next to the park. We had a large family and the house layout was amazing because every one had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We would love to stay here again!

Nice house in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. There is a refrigerator in the garage which was nice. We had one small issue and it was taken care of immediately. The staff at Bennington were very friendly and helpful.

This home is a perfect layout for two families with separate areas for adults and kids to play. A stocked (and large) kitchen makes it the perfect kitchen for cooking any meal. A roaring fireplace and hot tub are perfect for apres ski and snow activities. Clean and well maintained!

What an amazing place to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy relaxing with your friends and family! This home is amazing! Two extra large master suites on the main level made this a great place for our two family gathering! With our total of ten kids the bunk room was such a blessing .. the kids were able to have their own secluded game/tv room, while the adults visited and enjoyed games, a cozy fire (plenty of wood supplied) and cooking in the main rooms. Irish lane is a sweet little road for the kids to bike on while parents relax on the patio. Fort rock park is directly across the street, with a play ground and tennis courts. We enjoyed the bikes provided cruising many of miles of Sunriver bike trails! This house is amazing! As a side note - at least three of the bedrooms have closets large enough to pop up a pack n play for the little ones! Enjoy! We did!

It is a great space, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! We loved the additional bathrooms. Make sure you let the hot tub air out before getting in as the chemical gases can build up.
