Welcome to your perfect home base in Sunriver. This warm and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps six and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
The open-concept living room boasts vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. A gas fireplace adds the perfect touch of comfort for chilly evenings. Just outside the living area, a spacious private deck awaits, complete with a hot tub and a gas BBQ—ideal for soaking under the stars or grilling up a casual dinner.
The main level features a primary bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed, as well as a cozy sleeping loft with a queen futon sofa. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the upper level.
Families are welcome, and the home includes a high chair and Pack-n-Play for your convenience. Dogs are also invited to join the fun—up to two well-behaved pups are allowed (sorry, no other pets), and pet fees apply.

Good location in the middle of Sunriver - close to Ft Rock Park and easy access to many trails. Both the North Store and Village are easily accessible. Easy access to highway 97 via Cottonwood. The home is cozy and small - 2 adults and 1 medium sized dog fit just fine. The hot tub was a big plus!

It is a pretty average place. Bennington does well taking care of you though, if you need suggestions or help finding something to do, they always responded to my text messages instantly.

This was a fine place to stay for a weekend with two couples. While it can sleep a lot more than that, it would get a bit crowded if you spent a lot of time indoors. It was built for short people, based solely on what level the showerhead is at and where some of the light switches are on the wall - but we really had no problems staying there. And we will always go straight to Bennington's web site instead of starting with VRBO if we ever go back to Sunriver.

We LOVED every minute of our vacay! I just wanted to thank you for setting the happy tone for our lovely trip...I laughed aloud when my daughter said "mom, there's wine on the counter." My hubby and I enjoyed it, of course, post-hot tub, apres ski on Mt. Bachelor. Thanks for helping our family out for a last-minute getaway. As always, Bennington did not disappoint!

Bennington Properties has an amazing, helpful staff. This is our second stay at 2 Indian and we loved it! Bennington Properties now reimburses for all courts and 1/2 of the cost of the SHARC. This is fantastic! The only wish is that next year they will reimburse 100% of the SHCARC and we will stay with them each year.
