This cabin home is a marvelous place for both private mountain getaways and special reunions. While offering plenty of space and privacy, it is located a quick walk to Fort Rock Park. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 6 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.
On the main level you'll find the open and free-flowing floor plan and furniture arrangement allow for separate gathering areas to accommodate different activities. The comfortable, open living area has vaulted ceilings, natural cedar, and a stone fireplace encouraging warm gatherings. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences, including a kitchen table that comfortably sits 12. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms complete this level.
Bedroom one has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom.
Bedrooms two and three both have queen beds.
Head upstairs to the loft to find 6 cozy twin beds, a bathroom and a game area that may also be used as an office – it comes complete with a new desk.
Cozy up to the fireplace, enjoy a private hot tub under the stars, and entertain your friends and family on the large back deck with an outdoor grill. Other amenities include flat screen high definition televisions, DVD, WiFi, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. This cabin style home will provide a relaxing and truly unforgettable vacation experience.

Excellent property! Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. Soap, TP, linens… everything we needed was there. Having WiFi at the cabin was awesome, they even had an Xbox upstairs.. would stay here again, or at another Bennington Property for sure. The keypad and keyless entry was convenient. Many beds to accommodate a large family or multiple families. However, for the price we paid, this unit is run down and not maintained as well as other Sunriver houses we have rented in the past. The outlets do not work in either of the lower bathrooms . The fan in the master bedroom did not work.

Bennington Properties was excellent and very accommodating! We've used you guys several times, just not since the texts started. I was impressed by the app and the direct texts with the staff. That was my favorite feature and the person on the other end of the text was super responsive. We will be back this summer. We're already planning it so any specials on houses would be awesome! Although a pet friendly home and we had our dog, I felt my allergies come on strong in the bedroom we stayed in. I am allergic to cats so I'm not sure but I suspect it was due to the comforter. We left the home to play in the snow and my eyes stopped itching and stopped sneezing. The house was comfortable but thought based on the pictures it was going to be bigger. Pictures are a little deceiving. I am thankful we all had a bed to sleep in though. Kitchen is tight and although a big kitchen table, it's a tight squeeze to be sitting there and have people going in and out to the hot tub. Bathrooms and showers are very small, too. Layout was good for multiple families including loft for the youngers.

Great home, the pictures of the living room online appeared much larger than reality. Very comfortable and cozy home though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had a great time in Sunriver with our friends. The only complaint I have is that my husband and I slept in the queen bedroom without a bathroom attached to it and the mattress was very noisy from making the slightest movement and it kept me up every time he shifted in his sleep.

Lovely cabin home. Plenty of beds, great large windows. The upper loft was a dream for the kids! The only drawback was the living room TV. When we gathered around as a family, in the evening to watch the Final Four the TV was way too small, like watching a computer monitor. But that's our only complaint. The hot tub was also great!!

We had a wonderful stay and I will say that our next visit to Sunriver will be with a Bennington Properties home! This home is a bit outdated but I was so pleased with how clean it was and mostly how responsive Bennington was when we needed anything. The ladies in the office couldn't have been more wonderful and the kids even loved visiting their office to pick out movies get free ice cream vouchers. Sometimes I think its the little things that make a difference and Bennington has that figured out. Oh and we loved the Bennington orange bikes! They were awesome! Now if just one had a basket it on it, it's be perfect for grocery store run. This was a dog friendly home and I loved that you couldn't tell there was ever an animal in here, thank you for your attention to detail! The kitchen had all the necessities and the hot tub was wonderful and clean! Just a perfect vacation with friends and family!

Overall we were very pleased with the house and the way it was managed. The house was clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff and Bennington was very attentive and definitely went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. I will be sure to go through Bennington next time we book a trip in Sunriver.
Great Stay in Sunriver at Indio Osprey Chalet

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. Stay was great. Love the Osprey Chalet it was roomy for our family of 6 and equipped with mostly everything you need for a stay with full kitchen even a Brita pitcher in the fridge, just bring your own food if you want to cook your own meals. Lots of games for the and DVD, cable, wifi and even Roku. Backyard is great for everyone with nice jacuzzi, gas grill, bicycles, even a couple of swings. If we needed any assistance the management team responded quickly. The House is about 4 minutes to Harper Bridge and less than 10 minutes to Sunriver Village and SHARC, and about 20 minutes to Bend or Lapine.

We brought a high school baseball team for a tournament and the house was great. Close to the Village and Sharc, plenty of beds, 6 bikes, and the hot tub was a favorite. I will use Bennington Properties again and would stay in the same house again if available.

Indian 17 Vacation Rental

This was our first time renting a house in SunRiver. The house was as billed by Bennington Properties. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The upstairs loft worked great for our 6 kids and the three downstairs bedrooms were just right for the 6 adults. The location of the house was fine - it was about a five minute drive to the SunRiver Village and SHARC. Bennington Properties was very responsive anytime we had issues. The only drawback was that there was so much snow that it made getting to the hot tub on the back deck difficult - the shoveled path was very icy and we had to put down alot of cinder to keep from slipping. That issue aside, we would rent this property again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The weather was very cold, but the home was toasty warm and comfortable. I loved that they provided wood for the woodstove, and it was stored indoors so it was very easy to keep the fire going. Also the furniture was very comfortable, and we loved all the dishes, equipment, etc. in the kitchen. The home had a very convenient layout which was great for our family. I highly recommend this property and Bennington Properties!

We had four families staying at Indian 17 and had plenty of room. It was my birthday weekend and to my surprise a nice bottle of wine was waiting for me when we arrived along with a note wishing me a happy birthday. The kitchen is well equipped. The storage garage was quite small so we just stored our bikes in the jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi was just wonderful and we used it several times. The staff at Bennington was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. The weather was a bit of a downer but we made the best of it, jumping in and out of Shark or on our bikes between thunder showers. All in all we had a great time.

Family fun with friends.

We stayed at this home with our 2 kids, 2 adult friends plus their 2 kids. The upstairs was a perfect retreat/ hideout for the kiddos. The kids enjoyed the brand new hot tub. There was a couple of issues with the washing machine leaking but the ladies at Bennington properties handled the situation amazingly. They were accomidating, friendly, helpful, and kind. They really made us feel like the cared about our comfort. We would recommend this property to other couples wanting to enjoy family time with kids, friends, family, and dogs.

Our family of 4, along with our parents and sister and her family of 5 had a great time in #17! The upstairs was perfect for all the kids to sleep and play in. Each couple had their own rooms. We were bummed about no snow, but had fun sledding/tubing at Bachelor. Not a fancy place, but clean and well kept. It was perfect for our large family event.
