Close to the river and on the quiet west side of Sunriver.
On the main level you'll find the living room and dining room with gas fireplace and TONS of natural light. In the fully stocked kitchen is everything you could possibly need to whip up your favorite meal.
Here you will also find 2 bedrooms and 1 full shared bathroom with a shower/tub. Bedroom one has a king bed and cable TV, bedroom 2 is the bunk room. with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds
Head upstairs to find 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and cable TV, the second with a king , cable TV and access to the shared bathroom with walk in shower.
There is a large open common area behind the home and hot tub and gas grill on the back deck.
When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the 4 adult bicycles waiting for you in the garage. 21 Hummingbird boasts a central location, making for a short trip to the Woodlands Golf Course and Club House or to Fort Rock Park where you can enjoy a playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts. Shops and restaurants, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of 21 Hummingbird. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, 20 miles from your front door! This is your four-season location for adventure.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

A wonderful spot to enjoy all Sunriver! Great location for water access and bike trails. House was spotless upon our early check in arrival! If you plan on going to SHARC get there 30 min early. They only let in 300 bodies per session we missed out. Bennington is by far the best vacation rental management out there so be sure to book with them. Also take advantage of the easy texting they answer every question quickly!

This is a lovely property. Large enough and well stocked for dinners and active games like “just dance” in the big living room. The high ceilings made this home feel so big! Yet, there are spaces to escape to for down time. My son claimed the rocking leather chair as his own for the stay. Our pup had no problem relaxing and enjoyed the daily walks to the river. This location is away from the main sunriver area but you get a river walk circle and a bit more peace and quiet. The hot tub was very appreciated after a day or two of snowmobiling. Kitchen was well stocked ( there is a drip and a keurig for coffee if wondering). We have stayed at many houses ranging in prices and honestly, this house felt so homey and relaxing, we all decompressed quickly (dispite the work meetings!). We will visit again soon!

Very clean house. Nice towels,comfortabe beds. Large windows in the kitchen looking out to the pines. Nice walk to the river. We would stay here again. Only downside is the step down livingroom, but that's just a personal thing!

The hottub was clean and worked well. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and basics that we required. All three families were very happy with our stay. We stopped by the office on a bike ride for a beer break and to exchange kid's activity books and everybody was super nice. Everything we needed was provided, and the discounts and extras were really appreciated.

The house was wonderful! We had 2 families staying at 21 Hummingbird Lane and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfy and we were able to bring our dog! I would reccomend this house! The kitchen comes well stocked with every tool you may need. Also, the bikes were a great way to get around!

This house was average. One complaint we have was that the downstairs king bed and upstairs king bed need to be replaced.. House was clean however we did notice a couple issues that should have been caught by housekeeping. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay at the house. It was quiet and the house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed for our short stay.

This house had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and the blankets were fluffy and snuggly. Had fire wood and firestarters all ready. The hot tub right on the deck. We enjoyed watching the boys bbq as us girl were in the hot tub. We will be back to stay at this property. Nice tv and leather couches we really had a great time here and convenient to mt bachelor (20 min) and to sunriver shopping 5 min. Thank you for the great place we highly recommend this property
