This family-loving home is located centrally in Sunriver, just a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park. Featuring 4 bedrooms plus a bonus loft area, this comfortable home has space for the whole family.
Downstairs you’ll find 2 Ensuite bedrooms, nicely separated for privacy.
The living room has comfortable leather furnishings, a pub-style chess table, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen makes cooking for the whole group a breeze and features a spacious island for ample counter space. Cleaning up is a breeze too with dual dishwashers! Off the kitchen is a half bathroom that leads out to the hot tub area.
Bedroom 1 is a queen ensuite bedroom with an attached, private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2 is a queen ensuite has cable TV and a DVD player plus a private, attached bathroom with shower.
Upstairs you’ll find the loft with a second gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a pub-style checkers table - a great spot for the kids to play games or watch a movie. Two bedrooms are separated by the loft. The upstairs King bedroom is spacious and features a flat-screen TV and an adjacent bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the other side of the loft, you’ll find a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed.
Access to the large back deck with hot tub and gas BBQ, to grill up dinner with the family, is available through the dining room, downstairs queen ensuite, or half bathroom.
Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong in the garage, or head out on one of 5 Big Dog Bikes provided for your enjoyment. A NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet to support level 2 EV Charging also located in the garage. Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver vacation rental.

Plenty of room for a big family. Nice sized deck and the hot tub was lovely for the kids. There is A/C, but it seems like it’s not powerful enough for the whole house. The upstairs is still very warm and the box fans provided only do so much.

This home worked ideally for us with its four bedrooms and four baths. The kitchen is extra roomy with plenty of dishes plus two dishwashers. The gas fireplace kept the living space warm and cozy. The grandchildren loved the bedroom with its double bunkbeds and the ping pong table was a hit as well. I would highly recommend this property and would consider renting it again in the future. The passes to the aquatic center was a bonus.

We were very comfortable and liked the home and furnishings. You will need to bring shampoo ect.. and you may wish to bring your own bar or hand soap as the little bars provided dried out my skin instantly.

The house was set up perfectly for 2 families and in a quiet location. Very close to the park which was less than a 5 min walk. 5 bikes came with the house and we used those daily! The kitchen was large with enough room for multiple people to help with meals. House was everything we had hoped for! This isn’t the first time we’ve used Bennington for our rental needs in Sunriver and it won’t be the last - they are so friendly and professional and I would recommend them anytime!

This home would be great for two families because the upstairs and downstairs are like two different houses with both having it’s own living room. The park is literally across the street... great central location! I always rent from Bennington because the houses are always clean and hot tub always hot and ready when we arrive. Not all companies are equal and I have rented in Sunriver for the past 25 years and hands down always prefer Bennington houses. Always easy process and professional cordial staff. Thanks again for another great house... every rental I have ever stayed in with your company has been fantastic!! I will be back again!!
