This spacious, luxury 3.5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom plus Bonus room home is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation. It's recently remodeled and full of beautiful modern furnishings. With multiple areas to gather, this home offers plenty of space for the whole family to unwind and get away from it all.
The open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen allow your group to spend time together while sharing meals and cooking in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. There's plenty of dining seating for the whole family, with a breakfast nook that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 8-12.
Large windows and tall ceilings, with tasteful wood and stone accents bring warmth and light to the common area, where you enjoy the gas stove. Or, you can cozy up in the family room off the kitchen with gas stove, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
Head outside to the gorgeous back deck to cook up a meal on the natural gas BBQ, soak in the brand new hot tub or simply take in the beautiful Sunriver scenery.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, and Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. Both are equipped with TVs and are connected with a jack and jill bathroom with shower and tub.
Off the landing on the way upstairs, you'll find the library, equipped with a Queen bed and plenty of books for the whole family to read.
Upstairs, you will find Bedroom 3, the Ensuite, which is equipped with a Queen bed, large closet and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The kids will fall in love with the secret bonus / game room upstairs, hidden behind a swinging bookcase. Inside, you'll find a giant flat screen tv, 2 folding futon chairs, beanbag seating, foosball, mini air hockey table, board games and puzzles.
This quiet Sunriver neighborhood is great for children, and a cul-de-sac in front keeps traffic to a minimum. When you’re ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this home to explore over 30 miles of paved pathways.
This is one vacation home you will plan on returning to year after year.

Beautiful home about 2 miles from the village. Very nicely furnished but doesn't feel stuffy. The layout is perfect for two families vacationing together - two bedrooms plus a large landing on one end of the house and two bedrooms on the other with the family room, kitchen, and living room in between. Really appreciated the "hidden" game room behind the bookshelf!!

The "secret door" that presents as a bookcase into the game room. I remembered the game room from the photo but there hadn't been one of the alcove/bookcase. I'm an architect so I started thinking and said - wait a minute, there has to be something above the garage!

Everything was A+. We’d rent this home again if it were available. Super comfortable home with everything one would need to live comfortably for years! 6 minute walk to the Deschutes river and bike trails. 12 minute bike ride to the Village at Sunriver. Surrounding neighborhood is upscale and quiet.

My husband and teenage children recently stayed at this newly updated home. The location was great! Super close walk to the river and a dirt path that takes you directly to the Nature Center. We loved that we could bring our dog and it was quick walk to the river to let her splash around. The bikes were great! 4 nice cruisers. There was tons of space in the house. Good places to gather and good places to have your own space. The street is great. No thru traffic and mostly owner occupied homes so it was quiet. Bennington Properties was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The house was super clean. Brand new hot tub was really nice and we were excited the AC was installed right before we got there. We would absolutely stay here again. In fact, we've already booked it for next summer!!
