The open living area includes a cozy gas fireplace and ample seating, perfect for family game nights or quiet evenings. The dining room comfortably seats your group for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen.
The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or multiple couples. You'll find two king ensuites—one with a luxurious roll-in shower for accessibility—and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a kid-friendly bunk room with two bunk beds, perfect for sleepovers and late-night giggles.

This is our second year renting this house. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is well laid out for multiple families. We had three couples and four children, ages 1-8. The kitchen is generally well equipped with pots, pans, kitchen utensils and kid friendly tableware. The older kids liked staying together in the bunk bedroom. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed riding the bikes and the kids liked the foosball table. All of the electronics worked and we had good wifi service.

This home is larger than it looks in the pictures! Beds were very comfortable and house was spotless. The North store and pool are a quick bike ride away. We hope to stay in this home again.

It comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 4 children. We appreciated that it came equipped with a pack/play and highchair. It has ample space both inside and outside to accommodate our group. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a TV in the kids room to allow them to watch programs in the evenings.

A great newer home that is very clean and well-maintained. Loved the memory foam mattresses on all the beds (really appreciated). Great large televisions throughout the house (lots of viewing options). Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as well as larger bars of soap if you are staying longer.

This house was very spacious and perfect for our family get together. There is lots to do in Sunriver and Bend for all ages. The nature center and the high desert museum are great. I would also recommend Crux brewery in bend it’s a very family friendly place. We love the patio on the house a great place for a relaxing dinner

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home with 8 other persons this past winter. We enjoyed having one of the two Master Bedrooms and en-suite bath to ourselves as an older couple in our 70s. The kitchen was spacious enough for group cookie baking and tamale making, as well as less ambitious projects. There was plenty of space around the dining table for eating and game playing as well as in the living room area, where we enjoyed family movie night. The home is very tastefully decorated. TVs in each room make separate entertainment an easy choice if you need a break from the rest of your party. We definitely look forward to returning with our large family at a later date!

We had a fantastic stay in Sunriver. The owners of this house have thoughtfully put together the perfect getaway home. They really have thought of everything you’d need, and the large kitchen island adjacent to the main living area means you’re next left out of the socializing while you make meals. Steps from the front door you have the option to walk along a paved trail right down to the river, or you can cross the street out of the development and meander on paved trails in the National Forest, and the hot tub and gorgeous patio awaits after a long day. We stayed for a long weekend with another family and the layout and bedroom set up is perfect for that; I will definitely rent this house again! Thanks! Sara
