Welcome to 15 Fairway Village Condo!
This reverse layout townhome is a great getaway - walk to Woodlands Golf Course Clubhouse or ride bicycles to the Deschutes River. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy gas fireplace on cool winter nights while watching a movie with the family on the flat screen TV. In the warmer months, enjoy a game of corn hole on the back patio or a refreshing dip in the Fairway Village private pool.
The upstairs has a great room layout with deck and patio set for outdoor dining. Down the hall is a California King Ensuite bedroom with adjacent half bath. There are two more bedrooms downstairs, one queen bedroom with patio access and a bedroom with two twins. Down the hall is the second full bathroom.
When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, set off on foot or hop on one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental. You will have no lack of adventure here - the fun at Fort Rock Park, The Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this vacation home. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairway right behind the home or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door! Want the excitement of the city? Bend, Oregon is 15 miles north of Sunriver on Highway 97.
