This newly remodeled home sits right on the edge of the Deschutes River just a few miles outside of Sunriver proper and will be your family's new favorite getaway. From the light-filled great room to the jaw-dropping location, this home has what you need for an awesome vacation.
Upon entering the home you'll be in a large, open space with the living room attached to the kitchen and dining areas. The living area features comfy furnishings with queen sleeper sofa and a large river rock fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The adjacent dining room seats 10 and is connected to the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and amazing views of the Deschutes.
On this main level is the king ensuite bedroom with private bath. featuring enhanced accessibility features including a roll in shower and wheel chair accessible sink. A second king bedroom plus a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower is also available.
Head upstairs to find bedrooms 3 and 4, a king bedroom and a bunk room. There's also a full bathroom on this level with walk-in shower.
Outside on the deck is a private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Head down to the river and this home's private dock to take a dip in the water or watch wildlife or drop in your pole to do a little fishing.
The garage holds a full-sized pool table and bikes when you are ready to take a cruise around the neighborhood.
Driveway can accommodate parking for 1 RV.

We loved our stay here! The house is newly renovated and sits right on a picture perfect part of the Deschutes. Nothing better than sitting in a hot tub looking out at the river at the end of the day. The home is convenient to Sunriver and Mt Bachelor.

Be advised: the two upstairs bedrooms are not designed to be soundproofed. There is a gap between the wall and the ceiling for both the King/Twinbunk rooms upstairs. This worked for us as it forced our teens to get up! But if you have small children or a family sleeping upstairs, its could be problematic.

I have to give a shoutout to the River house. Waking up and casually jumping in the Deschutes River from your front yard every single morning is amazing in and of itself. Unobstructed view, and if you’re up late, you’ll likely be catching a nice moonrise from the deck alongside a fire pit. We even floated from upstream down the Deschutes – total blast, especially when your final stop is just getting onto the front deck of the house. Tons of space, no cramped sleeping arrangements like in some other rentals. Location is nice, total privacy, peace and quiet but a half hour or so drive away from Bend. Good combo of seclusion and convenience. Can’t think of a better setup than this.” Thanks!

This property is NOT in Sunriver proper. That may be a plus to some and a minus to others. In our case, it was pretty much a plus, but the writeup of the property didn't make it clear that it was a mile or so off the Sunriver resort.

This was a great home for our family vacation to Sunriver. The river view from the house was beautiful. We enjoyed the property, firepit, and dock. We took advantage of the big kitchen to cook meals and grilled on the back deck. I would highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

We spent five wonderful days at this home. It is beautifully renovated and furnished, and has a cozy feel throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals as we watched the Deschutes flow by only feet away. Each morning the elk would come to graze directly across the river, and we would sit in the hot tub with a cup of coffee and enjoy all the wildlife.

I can’t say enough good things about this house! I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was up there as most scenic and most charming. Stayed here with family and friends for several days while skiing/snowboarding and hiking around Bend. The bedrooms and living area are spacious and comfortable. The view of the river in the morning is absolutely magical. We cooked many nights and found the kitchen to be well stocked and ready for any meal we planned. Lots of heater kept us warm on cold nights and the fireplace was a welcome addition that we loved. Hot tub also functioned well and provided a great view of the water and stars! So thankful to the owners for making this lovely house available for us.

The River House has an exceptional location directly on the Deschutes River. I loved looking out at the beautiful view from the kitchen and living room. The recently renovated house feels spacious and comfortable. An easy drive to downtown Bend. There are also several great hiking and bike trails nearby. Would highly recommend.

The place is absolutely beautiful and has everything you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - close to the ski resorts and all the local amenities. The hot tub is a great added bonus after a long day on the slopes. The home itself is very spacious and well-equipped with everything you would need. It is extremely cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Anyone would feel right at home from the moment they arrive. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a ski vacation in a beautiful and comfortable setting. Five stars!
