Welcome to your new favorite vacation home in Sunriver. Located in a picturesque and secluded setting, surrounded by trees and offering breathtaking forest views, this fully renovated home provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Inside, the main living space boasts vaulted ceilings and an open layout, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones. Abundant windows, cozy furnishings, stylish decor, and an abundance of natural light enhance the overall charm and comfort of the home. A 65" smart TV in the great room is the perfect place to watch your favorite show or movie. The family room is another spot to relax with an additional 65" smart TV, queen sleeper sofa and board games.
The updated kitchen features gorgeous countertop workspaces and a convenient kitchen island, so preparing delicious meals will be a breeze. Enjoy a quick bite at the island, have a formal meal at the dining table, or savor your food outdoors on the spacious deck during the warmer months. There's also a high chair available for your use.
The reverse-living layout provides two bedrooms on the main, upstairs level. The large, ensuite bedroom boasts a king bed as well as a desk. The attached, full bathroom has double sinks, and access to the rear deck and hot tub. The second bedroom on the main level also has a king bed, and access to the half bathroom just down the hall. Both rooms have blackout cellular blinds to ensure you wake up at your leisure.
Head downstairs to find two additional sleeping options. Bedroom one features a queen bed and attached bath, with private access to another lower deck. The second bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. The laundry room is on this level.

The home was in a nice quiet location and fully loaded with 6 adult bikes, a ping pong table, cornhole, badminton, games for young and old and a gas barbecue. There are multiple decks where you can sit and have a meal together outside or just visit. The hot tub was great after a cool day tubing on the river in Bend. The updated kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The home was clean and neat and a great place to gather for a vacation.

This house is a treasure! Loved the ping pong table, the short walk to Fort Rock Park, and the huge back deck. Such a great location!! We appreciated that there were no cars anywhere in sight… the back deck overlooks a large common area, and we walked right out the back porch to the walking path. The bike ride to SHARC was also super fast. The inside feels fully remodeled, with nice countertops and nice tile in all the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for eating and lounging. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Beautiful, fully updated home! We will definitely be back! We loved the great room with vaulted ceilings, and so much natural light streaming in from all directions. We loved that the kids could play in the play room just next to the great room, and that they had their own TV and a ton of options for board games, card games and puzzles. And we especially loved the huge, 2nd floor deck that overlooks a peaceful walking path. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and modern feeling, especially the master upstairs with its private access to the back deck and really nicely remodeled bathroom. Our kids loved the bunk room, and especially that there were different heights of bunk beds for each age kid. Our youngest snagged the base bunk bed and quickly turned it into a fort. It was extra nice that the kids all had their own attached bathroom. We will definitely be returning!!
