Beautiful home with "lodge-style" furnishings and air conditioning. Lots of common area for privacy off the back deck behind the home. Large windows let lots of natural light into the great room where guests can curl up with the heat of the gas fireplace or watch the big game on the flat-screen TV. Enjoy your whipping up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen and sit down as a family in the dining room with seating for 8, plus 4 more at the kitchen counter and 4 at the kitchen table.
The main ensuite bedroom has a King Bed, TV and DVD player, large walk-in closet and attached bathroom with step in shower. Plus there's a door leading straight out to the private hot tub.
The second ensuite bedroom has a King bed, TV and DVD player, attached bathroom with step-in shower and a door to the deck and hot tub area.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, TV and DVD player
Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of twin bunks and a TV with DVD and VHS player.
The third full bathroom is in the hall and has a shower/tub combo.
With a private hot tub, gas BBQ, ping pong table and gas fireplace, guests are sure to enjoy the amenities of this lovely home. Take a bike ride to Fort Rock Park or anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes provided with this vacation rental house. There is an extra fridge in the garage to accommodate more food for the vacation.

This home is spacious and is very well equipped with everything you will ever need. Very comfortable, plenty of bikes to ride and room enough for a large family of 10.

Our family has stayed Dutchman 12 twice, we absolutely love this home. Comfortable, well stocked, huge patio with lots of seating with a fabulous BBQ to grill for the fam. Bennington Properties is by far the best property management company we've rented from - the people are AMAZING!

Great spaces for spreading out and lounging together! Our kids took up the side of the house with the bunk room and 2 additional bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms. Since we have boys and girls it worked out great. Parents had the quieter side with only 1 room. Multiple doors to the spacious back deck were awesome. The variety of bikes fit us all perfectly, and MANY games of ping pong were played. We also enjoyed the cabinet of family games and had a game night, and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make food for everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

Well set up one level house that has a nice separate king master on one side of the house so there's a bit of privacy for lighter sleepers. It was well stocked with pretty much everything need as far as utensils, appliances, and spices. Pleasantly surprised to not need a lot to cook meals.

We had a nice stay with our large group who has been coming to Sunriver and staying with Bennington Properties for years. We appreciate all that they have done to accommodate us. The home was great for our group. One bedroom has 4 bunk beds which is great for kids but not so great for adults.

The home is comfy and well equipped, some items (bathrooms, hot tub) could be updated but suited us just fine. We've stayed at this home before and likely will again.

NYE in the Snow!

This is a beautiful property!! The overall layout was exactly what we were looking for. The bedrooms were are very large, plenty of bathrooms and then the plush community living room was the perfect way to bring us all together and create that family environment. There's a ton a seating, both to eat and lounge with a large dining room table, counter bar stools, breakfast nook table and then the oversized L-shaped couch & recliner. Also - The TV was the perfect size, we thought it would be too small from the pictures but it was on a slide out drawer and worked great to watch the games! The big back porch and hot tub are a bonus especially when there's so much snow :)<br/><br/>The property itself was one of the nicest that we've had the pleasure of renting and the property management team did a wonderful job staying in contact and making sure everything was taken care of. We're long time renters down in Sunriver and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! <br/>
