Come and enjoy this beautiful, lodge-style home with meadow views! This spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home provides entertainment for all with a gourmet kitchen, pool table and foosball. Garage is equipped with 240 outlet for charging electric cars.
Upon entering this spacious home you'll find the living room with gas fireplace, comfy seating, Smart TV and DVD player, games, and puzzles. The dining room has a large table with seating for 12, room for everyone! The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop, wine fridge and double ovens. The island has additional seating for 3.
On this level you will also find two ensuite bedrooms, a full guest bathroom with shower, laundry room and garage access where you'll find the game room with pool table, Pac-man, 7 bikes and a full refrigerator.
Bedroom 1 is a King ensuite bedroom with large TV and DVD player, gas fireplace and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 is a King ensuite bedroom with Smart TV and DVD player with attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
Head upstairs to find four more bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Bedroom 3 is a Queen bedroom with TV and full jack-n-jill bathroom with shower/tub combo closet.
Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds with tv/vcr/dvd player combo. This room shares the bathroom with bedroom 3.

This house is even better in person. Bigger and more comfortable than the pictures show. Plenty of space for large groups to gather for meals. Comfortable, parking space for at least for cars. Only minor downside is that garage is not heated, so game room and pool table aren't really usable in winter months. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was ideal. We enjoyed the deck immensely…watching the grandkids play in the hot tub, enjoying the beautiful sunsets with deer in view. The kitchen was very well appointed, updated and user friendly. The location was close to the river, trails, the playground, and the village. The house was spacious for our group and the garage was wonderful…. Pool table, foosball, and PAC-Man.

Duck Pond 3 is a great place for a large family to stay. We are annual visitors to Sunriver and this property was perfect for all 9 guests; each member of our family felt like we had our own Zones in the house to escape too when not together in the kitchen or grand room. Ample bathrooms and the kitchen has every amenity-appliance needed to cook a wide array of meals. Game room and garage were a huge bonus for the both the KIds and Adults..!!

The back patio has no fence around it making a falling hazard especially at night. We had to hook up the barbecue ourselves. Suggest bring the pac man game in the house would be great.
Hi David, Thank you for your review. Like many patios in Sunriver, this one is not fenced so we do advise using caution around the ledge. During the winter months outdoor amenities such as furniture and BBQs may be stored or covered to protect them from being damaged by the weather, if you ever need assistance moving or setting up please reach out to our office and we are happy to send a tech over to help. Duckpond 3 Review for 8/3 - 8/10/2019

Did note several items to staff upon checkout: dryer vent pipe is very long and was tangled (greatly affecting drying time) until we pulled out dryer from wall and unravelled venting; gas grill back coils don't light well so much less heat from these (may just need thorough cleaning). Did not affect our stay, but two large green bags with clean towels were inside front door upon arrival (and never picked up during our stay) , so we just distributed towels as needed. Several bikes developed maintenance issues at end of week and these were noted.

It has something for every family member and includes a well appointed kitchen with supplies. Great home. I would definitely rent it again.

This house is well equipped with most anything you could need. However that said there were no extra blankets in the house and it was below zero outside. The pool table was in the garage, which was cold. And the pool tables leg was bowed inward so not sure it was real level. It is a beautiful home just needs some TLC.

Hi ~ We had a wonderful time at Duck Pond 3! It is the perfect place for 8 adults, 6 little boys, and 1 very well-mannered dog to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was completely appointed with all the right appliances. Thanks so much. I do want to let you know that the bikes were great but there weren't any bike helmets for them. This house was perfect for our family of 10. Suggest that a grab bar and tub chair be provided for one ground-floor bathtub to make it easier for an elderly person. Wished we had more discounted pool passes.

Great rental for large families

Duck Pond 3 was a perfect rental for our family. My wife and I have three daughters, two sons in law, and four grandchildren. The house was spacious and very well supplied. Our daughters remarked that if only their kitchens were as well stocked with any kitchen equipment one might need. The location was convenient to bike paths but at the same time far enough out to be quiet and secluded.

Wonderful spot for our family reunion

Our extended family gathered from across the country to spend 5 days in Central Oregon. Duck Pond 3 was a perfect home base for our hiking, kayaking, and biking adventures. The home comfortably slept 14 and there were plenty of bathrooms as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious enough for us to cook together, which ended up being a fun way to visit with each other. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and bikes that were provided for our entertainment. We had one question regarding the wifi which was quickly responded to and solved.
