Beautiful place with lots of places to sleep. It felt very private considering we were surrounded by other homes. The house had everything we needed, including extra towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The company was very easy to reach and always responded at a good time.

We really enjoyed the home. It was 3 level which gave our family room to spread out. Our daughter, her husband and children had the 3rd level w/bath so that was perfect. The kitchen design is wonderful, with several of us cooking and not running into each other. We biked, played games and relaxed with 2 livingrooms/tv's and other reading areas, also. Sunriver is very clean and well kept so we enjoyed the grounds, too. A memorable getaway-we will do it again!

The location was wonderful, close to the river and bike paths. It was well laid out for our family reunion with 7 adults and 5 kids so it was pretty quiet. We all had a great time interacting. This home was well stocked with pots and pans, plates and utensils, it even had 2 coffee pots! We had a few things that needed to be fixed, the maintenance guys we’re very thoughtful and prompt to fix them. They let you know what kitchen items you need to supply, that was a helpful list. We had a great experience.

If you need plenty of room for a large family or friends, this is the one. We and our guest enjoyed our stay. the home was as advertised and suited our needs. We needed more refrigerator space and an extra one was delivered the next day. the day we arrived, we were given large ice chests for our extra needs. Every thing we asked for was delivered timely.

We stayed two nights at this lovely home and it was all you could ask for. Complete with grill and hot tub, and a bunch of bikes in the garage for exploring the river and community. A+ location and would definitely stay again!

The home is very spacious with room to spread out. It was clean with a very well stocked kitchen, everything you need to prepare meals. There were a few small repair items witch I am sure have been taken care. All of our needs were promptly addressed by the property manager.

This was a phenomenal house! There was plenty of space for four families to spread out and relax. Our group has been getting together yearly for more than 15 years for a "snow" weekend and this home was one of the best we have stayed at. The house is along the Deschutes River and we enjoyed a long walk on the path by the river and the kids had a blast playing outside in the fresh snow. Bennington responded promptly to a concern about the oven and was very kind when it turned out to be user error. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for some family fun!

The location was great and the configuration of the house suited our needs well. The large, updated and well equipped kitchen was great. The house could use some maintenance (loose front railing, broken towel ring, loose kitchen cabinets, etc.) and freshening. Also, in the future, we will look for a house that accepts two small hypo-allergenic dogs.

The house was great for our family gathering for new years and some snow skiing at Mt. Bachelor. We had 8 adults 5 kids, and an infant. The older kids loved the downstairs bunk beds and play area. The kitchen and living/dining area was a great gathering area for the group. There was plenty of space to keep a young baby separated for his and the groups benefit! Hot tub was a real perk after a long day of skiing.

Great home with nice separation of space. We are 12 ladies with varied interests, and found plentry of space for our activities. Suggestion: be sure the housekeeping staff check the laundry chute. There were towels in the chute when we arrived!

We have rented many homes at Sunriver over 30 years and this one was typical of what we have found. Comfortable. Serviceable. Some of the mattresses need replaced but overall a house we would rent again. The staff at Bennington were terrific .
