This beautiful home is located within walking distance to all of Sunriver's amenities. Enjoy the light-filled great room as you enter this home, cozy up by the gas fireplace while you enjoy a movie. The adjacent dining room has seating for 8 plus 2 more at the kitchen counter top. The kitchen rounds out this open space with gorgeous granite countertops, a gas range, double oven, regular and Keurig coffee makers.
Head down the hall to the primary bedroom with king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, cable TV with DVD player and access to the hot tub. On this level you'll find the laundry room, half guest bath and access to the garage where you'll find the ping pong table, 4 bikes and room to park 1 car.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower, TV. Bedroom 3 a king bed with shower/tub combo. The 4th bedroom that has a king bed and one twin over twin bunk plus a TV and DVD player, private bath with walk-in shower and private deck.
Head outside to enjoy the gas grill on the covered patio or take a soak in your own private hot tub. This home has a partial view of the 11th Fairway on the Meadows Golf Course.

We love this house we have rented this place for the past two years and have it scheduled for next summer already. We have used Bennington in the past for another home which was great also, our group has grown and that's why we moved to a bigger house. Bonus Bennington also rents the house next door so if our group grows again we would have the opportunity to rent both. The location is perfect short bike ride to everywhere we'd like to go around Sunriver.

This is a beautiful home that is nicely updated and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. Great location. A short drive or about about a 15min walk from the village. Bennington Properties thought of everything. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived. The home was already set at a comfortable temperature when we arrived, and the checkout procedure is short and simple which is so much appreciated.

I had asked for an early check in & the girl I spoke to said she would do her best, it ended up we didn't arrive until a few minutes after check in time & our place wasn't ready and we had to wait a bit to get in. The guy told us it was a very busy day. Love the house though fit all of perfectly & is very well stocked. The teenagers loved the pool table & pingpong. We will rent this house again.

We stayed at this home during Spring break (2018). The house was very comfortable and we liked all the bathrooms. We were six: two adults and four teenage boys. The boys occupied the upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there is excellent lighting. There are separate heating controls for up and down stairs. We brought our Apple TV and connected it to the TV in the living room. We watched a movie every night. Our only complaint was not being able to connect our Apple TV to the wall speakers mounted in the living room (via a receiver). Our only choice was to connect directly to the TV, thus delivering poor sound quality. I would recommend the owner provide a way (with instructions) to tap into the living room speakers. All in all, it was great!
