This spacious, mountain getaway has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests and includes everything you need for a great getaway to Sunriver. Your stay will bring you close to the Deschutes River, imagine floating for the day under clear blue skies. We are within a short distance to walking and biking paths. Mt Bachelor and many snow parks are just a quick 20 minute drive.
This spacious 4-bedroom home features an open layout main level with plush carpeting, abundant seating, and floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The living room opens to a large dining area with seating for 8. The updated kitchen features hardwood floors, an island with seating for 4 more, plus beautifully crafted countertops, perfect for the chef in your group. Modern appliances and all the cooking utensils you will need to whip up a gourmet meal are included.
The main level ensuite bedroom has a King bed and attached private bath with large walk-in shower and access to the back deck and private hot tub.
Upstairs you will find a second ensuite bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has two twin beds, a queen bed, sofa, and TV. Bedroom four has a queen bed and tv. The upstairs guest bath has dual sinks, and a shower/tub combo.
Gorgeous glass doors open from the dining room to the outside deck where you will find a private hot tub and BBQ for guest enjoyment.

Great house! Nice open floor plan, great size rooms, good amount of beds, bathrooms are nice, very clean, nice new carpeting, TVs in every room, warm hot tub and lots of seating in the living room. If you want passes to the shark, this house includes multiple passes.

Well stocked kitchen, wonderful open floor plan with full master downstairs. Only strange thing is there isn’t a half bath on the main floor- you have to use the master bathroom.

lives larger than it looks- lots of beds upstairs and primary on main with hot tub off deck. The kitchen is large and fully appointed. We would stay here again.

This is a great house for groups large and small! We stayed for a family reunion in July 2019 and we had plenty of room for several families to sleep and eat. The bedrooms are well laid-out with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking! The location is great. And, it’s not unusual to see deer walking around the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! The beds are comfy, the entire home is super clean, and well decorated and the kitchen is loaded with everything you could need to make your stay perfect. The hot tub is such a nice place to relax, we even enjoyed it in the summer because it was large enough for all our parties. There is so much space for a family to spread out, everything is updated, and it looks just like the photos. Added bonus, there is lots to do on the property, and the Sharc passes are so nice to be able to use.

We booked for my parents 50th anniversary celebration in Aug 2019 at the Sharc and had 21 in our party total booked at other houses close by. We all hung out at this one since it was the nicest house of the 3 booked in our group. The kitchen and downstairs open plan was great for adults to hang and kids had their own zone upstairs if they wanted. Huge deck outside. Kids rode bikes around the cul-d-sac. Looking forward to staying here again next time. The vacation was so special and our accommodations here were awesome. Thank you!! We will be back!
