This is a very cute, clean, well-stocked home with a great hot tub, 5 bikes (including a bike for a child), a foosball table, and many nice extras in the kitchen that not all homes have, such as plastic dishes for kids, plastic wrap, tin foil, and ziploc bags. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the house is the perfect size for 4 people.

Great home, we were two couples, layout for this type of stay is fantastic. Kitchen is not “gourmet” but well represented and appointed, had everything we needed to cook some spectacular meals. Stove/oven are GREAT!! Hot tub was super clean. Deck is poorly lit so bring a flashlight. Located close to everything, would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to go skiing from this house.

We had a great time there. The unit was very clean, well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was sparkling clean. I think the living room decor was a little dated, but it added to the cabin feel of the place. The location was great, centrally located between the SHARC center and the Fort Rock playground. We enjoyed walking all the trails with our dog.

While a little dated we felt it added to the cabin feel. The interior porch was nice to take off boots. Had a great time, loved the wood stove and hot tub on snowy evenings. Kitchen had a crockpot so we made soup... couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is a fun rustic cabin. Not our first choice of location and we didn't love the way the deck was configured. (We were moved from another location due to a problem at our original rental.) Comfy furniture and a very functional kitchen (great sink!) were nice. I really liked the mud room at the entrance. For dog owners: This is probably better for folks with small dogs, as part of the enclosed deck is quite low and would be easy for an excited larger dog to jump over, which would be concerning since the house fronts a busy (for Sunriver) road. This is a great house for two couples (two masters), probably less great for families with kiddos.

The house next door has piles of black trash bags and other trash laying around outside. We have never saw this in any area of Sunriver that we have stayed in before. A good point the house on the inside was one of the cleanest rental homes we have ever used.

The quality of the furniture was not good. The stove's burners all slanted making it difficult to cook. One of the bathroom fans rattled. Utensils were cheap and there wasn't a large enough pan to cook for four people. The beds were comfortable. House cooled off well.

The home was well stocked with every day things. A minimum of steps makes the entry to this home easy. The fenced deck was perfect for our two small dogs who spent a lot of time out there. They also loved the treats left for them by the staff. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances needed to prepare meals. Plenty of wood for the wood stove. If you like to listen to music, bring your own player if you have sources other than CDs as the music system doesn't accept inputs from music sources such as cell phones, tablets, etc. The TV, cable, DVD player worked well. We really enjoyed the provided bicycles. The riding/walking paths throughout SunRiver were very nice. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked well maintained.

The home was very well appointed with two large master suites , each with a large bathroom. The living room was gigantic with a separate alcove for a 8 seater dining room table. The kitchen , also large, was well equipped with anything you could ask for: coffee maker, blender, waffle iron, : tons of glassware. There was a TV in each bedroom and the living room as well as a fancy DVR etc. player. The fireplace was a wood burning stove sete yup in the corner of the room. Wd LOVEd it. We are familiar with Sunriver, having a place of our own there which is now renters long term. This place, was what we would like in the future to stay at. Slthough there were only two of us, the unit could house 6 - 8 if everyone was family. A GREAT CHOICE A

Very Nice Weekend Rental in Sunriver

Our rental budget was $200 per night. We found about 10 properties that fit this description then sent out inquiries. Diamond Peak 23 responded quickly, which was helpful during a busy Valentines Day weekend. After taxes and non-refundable pet fee, our stay cost about $280 per night. When we arrived, we found a letter addressed to our pet, Sarah. Very nice touch accompanied by dog treats and instructions. I'm a stickler for cleanliness! Immediately, we recognized everything was clean and neat. Obviously this is a rental so don't expect perfection but certainly, it was well kept and very acceptable. The floor plan is great. One large living area with plenty of seating, flat screen and fireplace. We really appreciated two large bedrooms with king size beds in each attached to their own bathrooms. Better yet the beds were actually really comfortable - huge plus! The kitchen has everything you'll need to make your stay enjoyable. Make sure to bring your own coffee, creamer, sugar, etc, its not provided. There are bikes available in the garage! The hot tub was clean and ready for a soak! The gas grill on the back deck fired right up and worked perfectly! Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the house too. Just bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. Overall the rental was great and met our needs. I'd recommend it to friends and would stay here again. As far as suggestions for improvement - The blinds in one of the bedrooms need repair. So do the hanging blinds in the living area (minor issues!) but needing attention. The property does sit close to the road. When the sliding door or windows are open, you will hear cars drive. The road is busy!

We always rent through Bennington Properties as they are simply the best agency in the Sunriver area. We had used other agencies in the past and no one comes close to their level of customer service, cleanliness, and ease of check in/out. We are a repeat renter of Diamond Peak 23. It is a lovely cabin that is just perfect for 1 or 2 couples. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It even has a crock pot, which we appreciated coming back to a nice meal after a day of playing. In honesty, the only suggestion we could make to improve this home is to address the damaged blinds on the sliding glass doors and in one of the bedrooms. Overall, we love this cabin and look forward to returning in the future.

This house (23 Diamond Peak) is so warm and cozy, with the perfect layout for family togetherness. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated with charming decor and the entire home feels contemporary as a result. We also slept very well in those beds which are wonderfully comfortable. We will rent here again hopefully.
