NEW!! Welcome to your perfect Sunriver retreat! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is designed for comfort and relaxation, making it the ideal spot for families or groups. Nestled just steps from the bike path and a short distance from SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center), you’ll have access to endless outdoor fun and activities.

The home features new interior paint, new furniture, and new bedding, providing a fresh, modern feel throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has also been upgraded with a new stove and refrigerator, perfect for preparing meals that can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area.

Relax in the cozy living room with cable TVs and high-speed internet, or step outside to the large, completely enclosed deck, where you can grill and enjoy a soak in the brand new hot tub in the peaceful surroundings. The home also includes a ping pong table for added entertainment, as well as a pack-n-play and high chair for families traveling with young children.

There are three bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bathroom and access to the hot tub. Bedroom two has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom three has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Shampoo and conditioner are available for guest use in the home.
