This luxury home is conveniently located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. With high ceilings and brand new furnishings throughout, you can relax in comfort and style.
Six bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy. The King suite is on the main floor and includes a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. Three additional King ensuite bedrooms are downstairs as well. The upstairs offers a TV room with attached bedroom with 2 Twin over Queen pyramid bunk beds, as well as an additional ensuite bedroom with Queen bed.
The living room features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV.
With features like a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas fire pit, comfortable patio furniture, a high chair and pack-n-play, ping pong in the garage, and large BBQ, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway. Head out on one of the 7 adult bikes provided at this home to explore over 30 miles of paved trails connecting Caldera Springs and Sunriver.

This home includes 6 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

With a selection of indoor games, there's something for everyone—from board games for family game nights to fun activities that keep kids entertained for hours. After a day on the course, we’d wind down on the private patio. Between the hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable seating, it was the perfect place to end the day, soaking in the peace and quiet beneath a sky full of stars.

Since we were kids my parents used to take us to the Sunriver area yearly for a fun vacation. The area has always been special due to the nostalgia. As the years pass, the tradition holds true but now with added family members. This home in Caldera embodies the best of the sunriver area with its beautiful and spacious interior. Plenty of room for our family to funnel in for our yearly getaway. We love being close to the pool, golf course, the village and more. All the adventure we love within 30 minutes and then having such a beautiful and homey place to stay and relax with the family.
It's perfectly located near many trails, the golf course, pool, and gym, and the river where you can go kayaking is just a short bike ride away.

It's perfectly located near many trails, the golf course, pool, and gym, and the river where you can go kayaking is just a short bike ride away. I mentioned some of the amenities around the neighborhood but there are so many things that the house is equipped with that will keep guests of all ages entertained, such as the ping pong table, hot tub, and bicycles. The check in and check out processes are all outlined in a booklet and the directions are really simple to follow. This house holds so many precious memories and we look forward to going back every year.
It is furnished beautifully, making you feel cozy and at home.

What an incredibly beautiful and amazing house! I was stunned when seeing it from both the outside and inside. It is furnished beautifully, making you feel cozy and at home. It contains all the appliances and details that are needed during a trip stay. Proximity to the Sunriver village and Mt. Bachelor is close and convenient along with an easy drive into downtown Bend. The house itself is spacious, with separate space for everyone but also has an inviting center area to enjoy time with family and friends. The Caldera Springs community is great with new amenities and many different things to do (tennis, pickle ball, gym, pool, dinner, golf, walking, riding bikes and lots of walking). I could not suggest staying at this house more!!!

Our stay at this Caldera Springs rental was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have asked for—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and a relaxing hot tub. The location was peaceful and private, yet close enough to enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer. We loved spending time on the back patio, taking in the views and wildlife. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making the entire experience seamless. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommended!

We are quiet people that love nature and this is what we got. We loved our morning when Sunlight streamed through the large windows, showcasing breathtaking views of the forest that made every moment inside feel connected to nature.The house itself has great amenities, and room for everyone to relax. An exceptional property!! Modern, super clean, extremely well organised and fabulously maintained!! Our group had the best time here! So comfortable, so well planned and an absolutely incredible view From the living room window! Will definitely give it 5 stars for everything! From the cleanliness,to thoughtfulness of keeping it so well organised, it was a delight! I have to mention that the two Dish washers, two dryers, two Washers, amazing toiletries, ample kitchenware is perfect for a large group. The kids loved the bunk beds and their pad upstairs. We also thoroughly enjoyed and used the TT table,the basketball and the many bicycles in the garage! Perfect setting, perfect rental!! Minutes from Bend and mount Bachelor . Will definitely come back!
