Beautiful brand new and exceptionally clean home with awesome comfy couches to watch family movies. We loved the hot tub under the stars after a day of being outdoors. Outdoor fire square, which is rare in Sunriver, was a wonderful bonus. The company that manages the property was super responsive to our questions. Homes in this area feel private and the neighborhood was quiet with wonderful trails and easy access to Sunriver shops. We (2 teens and parents) highly recommend this home!

his property was excellent, the house was stocked with every conceivable amenity for a ski weekend in Bend. The place was spotless on arrival and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a standout rental in the area.

Lovely place to stay with! Very modern, clean, and lots of amenities. The kitchen was fully kitted and with high quality items too!! Loved the Starbucks mugs from around the world too. Host was extremely accommodative and friendly. 10/10 experience would stay again!!

The house is well equipped and comfortable. Loved all the pillow choices! The neighborhood pool was close and the cafe next door is convenient but the food / service was just OK. The streets and trails are perfect for family biking.

We loved this property and will definitely come back. We usually stay in Sunriver but wanted to give Calder Springs a try, so glad we did! The pool was much less crowded than the Sharc and nicer. The house had everything we needed plus some extra surprises! It was very well equiped.

Better than the photos! This home is roomy and well-appointed with modern amenities and responsive hosts. The location is very convenient to Mt. Bachelor and a short drive (or cruiser bike ride) to the Sunriver resort. We had a great stay with two adults, two kids under three, two grandparents and two dogs and are already making plans for a return visit!
