Vacation fun for seniors and youngsters alike...your classic Sunriver cabin-in-the-woods awaits you! Several unique features such as ramped front and back entryways and the main floor bedroom, bathroom and living areas make this home highly accessible to travelers of all ages and mobility levels. 1 Coyote Lane is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story home conveniently situated a short walk from the shops and restaurants in the Sunriver Village that will comfortably accommodate a group of up to 8. The main level features hard surface flooring throughout the renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, including an oven with Sabbath mode feature, a programmable crock pot, dining and living areas. Cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace to watch a movie or the big game on the flat-screen TV or grab a glass of wine and head out onto the deck to dine under the stars. There is even a folding picnic table for indoor or outdoor use stashed in the downstairs bedroom closet so the kids can have their own table to dine alongside. A queen bedroom and guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination are found down the hall. Head upstairs to find the other two bedrooms and second bathroom with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and features a flat-screen TV and private balcony with seating. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a bunk bed and bean-bag seating! Looking to kick back and relax? Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub located on the back deck or take a nap in the sun on the zero-gravity and chaise loungers. This home does back up to railroad tracks but the plus is it gives you a great view of the Deschutes National Forest with more privacy than most homes in Sunriver.
The 1 Coyote Lane homeowners have thoughtfully provided various "extras" to ensure young families have everything needed for a carefree Sunriver vacation (plenty of books, puzzles, and games, plus a Wii Consol). When you are ready to head out and explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to find all of the excitement of the area within a few miles of your front door. The Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all easily accessible from this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 22 miles from your front door.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 2 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 20 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

This kitchen is a two person maximum sized space. The deck is great for watching the sun go down and shaded by the pine trees and enjoying dinners at the table also. The hot tub has fun lights so definitely try it at night. We only used the lights on the last night, but wish we had discovered them sooner. The shed is nice for storing your personal bikes. We noticed the train didn't come every day which was nice and was more fun to see and hear than anything else! Beds were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed it, but maybe was a little expensive for the size of the house, in our experience...

Absolutely loved it. Enjoyed the whole stay.

We loved this cabin. Had everything we needed. Kitchen even had an instant pot! I agree with some other reviewers that the kitchen was smaller than perceived but no complaints here. Management folks were great. Quick to respond. They allowed us to leave our boat at their office since the sunriver area doesn't allow you to park on the road.

This home was cozy and inviting. A short walk away from the village was what drew us - and it's lodgy feel did not disappoint t. It really was a wonderful vacation break from all the hard stuff of 2020. What a great way to end this year. Thank you so much!

Very comfortable, spacious. Convenient laundry room in downstairs bathroom. Private bedroom downstairs, while other bedrooms are upstairs. Nice hot-tub. No neighbors behind or on one side of house.

Wonderful home for family and friends to stay in. Conveniently located close to the village and sharc. Even though the house had no A/C, it was not an issue. House cooled down nicely in the evening and we were not uncomfortable. We had a great stay!

This home was absolutely perfect for my stay. I got such amazing sleep due to the comfort of these beds! Whatever they are, I need one. This house is also extremely close to the village (within walking distance for groceries, meals, ice cream, etc.), which means I didn't have to drive forever to find the house. The house is really cozy and had every appliance I needed (blender, crockpot, etc.). This owner really went above and beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable by thinking of all the details here.

Home had everything we needed and was immaculate. Next to train tracks, but really wasn't that loud and passed very infrequently. Large open space next to home. Great location, close to the village. Everything was perfect!

Well equipped kitchen. Great with dog and kids. Comfortable. Has a washer and dryer. I would stay there again.

I want to first off say our trip to Sunriver was a BLAST. We had a awesome time. But I will say that the home didn't really meet our expectations. When we arrived it was a lot smaller then the pictures showed. Maybe angles of pictures made it look a bit bigger? It was quite homey for our family of 4. But if we brought friends it would have been cramped. So for the not so great….The lights in this home are very MINIMAL. There was a light/fan fixture over the dining room that we could never get to work so we ate dinner in the dark. The outlets in this house were TERRIBLE, We hardly could get our phone chargers plugged in with out falling straight out of the outlet. And my last complaint is the train….Yes in the description of the home on VRBO it does list that there's a train by this home. I was ensured by Bennington that there was no complaints about the train and they thought that the trains schedule was minimal during the winter…Wellll they were incredibly wrong. The trains schedule is 11pm and also 3:30am you know how I know that because it was blast by and wake our whole family up every time. Needless to say it was not a very relaxing nights sleep while we were there. If you have small children ( which we do) or babies DO NOT stay in this house. If you are a light sleeper DO NOT stay in this house. If you sleep like a log..well maybe it wont wake you up. Other then these issues the house was cute and well equipped and we had a great time.

We loved our stay in Sunriver at this home. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was comfortable and truly felt like a home, with all the comforts you need. We brought our dog with us and there were treats and dog bowls waiting for him when we arrived, as well as a gate to block of any areas we didn't want him to get to. Our bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We were ready to move in just to sleep in that bed again. Another stay at this home is definitely in our future.

Everything was so lovely in this home. Kitchen was well stocked - had everything we needed as we made dinners at the house every night. It's very close to the resort part of Sunriver - everything you need is there - a grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals, and Starbucks! The house is located very close to the train tracks. It wasn't a big deal at all as the train maybe came by once a day but you can definitely hear it.

8 people would be cramped in the space.

Very cute little house, comfortable three bedrooms. Train goes right behind the house but this didn't bother us at all. Super convenient, walkable to everything, right by the mall.

I loved it! The home was super clean, well decorated, complete with amenities for children down to bed rails! The owners must have put a lot of time and care into this home. Thanks!
