Welcome to 17197 Covina Road, winner of the COBA Tour of Homes "Best Architectural Design" award in 2022!
This beautiful newly-constructed home is located on a half acre just south of Sunriver. Forest and butte views paired with gorgeous natural light make this quiet setting a great getaway.
There is room for eight, with two bedrooms plus a loft on the third level. The ground level is kept cozy in the winter with radiant heat flooring throughout the great room layout.
The second level features a King Ensuite bedroom, Queen bedroom, sunny reading nook, laundry closet, and full hall bathroom. The third level is an open layout loft with play area and two built-in Queen beds making a great kids room or space for extra guests. A flat screen TV and comfortable seating area makes the loft a great spot to curl up and watch a movie with the family.
Each level is furnished with a mini split A/C to keep you comfortable year round.
With features like a fully stocked kitchen, great views, and comfortable patio furniture, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway. Downhill and nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding, are all only about 20 minutes from your doorstep. In the summer, enjoy floating the Deschutes River, fishing, or playing a round of golf at one Central Oregon’s premier courses.

Perfection! Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with a large variety of utensils, pots and pans, plastic bags, foil, water bottles, etc. We were there during a very hot weather in August. The house (all floors) remained cool. The beds were comfortable and quiet. There was a washing machine and dryer with laundry soap. Even though the house was in a neighborhood, it felt like it was in the woods. Beautiful views out every window. The patio had a table, seating area with propane fire pit and a barbecue. Everything was well thought out. There was an extra propane tank in case the fire pit or barbecue needed it. It is centrally located. We went kayaking everyday and it was a great base camp. Easy access to Bend, La Pine, Cascade lakes, Bachelor, etc. There were bikes available. We did not use them. The house was special for a special time with our family. We would definitely stay again.

Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of laundry soap, towels and pillows; no shampoo/conditioner. The listing stated there were no surveillance cameras but there is a Nest doorbell. Loved the fire pit and bikes!
Hi Lisa, We are so glad you had such a wonderful stay! We are SO sorry for the confusion on the Nest doorbell - it has actually been deactivated since we began managing this property back at the end of 2020. The homeowners have decided to take down the equipment entirely as to not cause anymore confusion like this for guests. I really enjoyed the modern loft design of this place. Very comfortable for 3 couples, enough parking, and everything inside is brand new. I ended up in the loft which I felt was the best area because I had my own little living space and got to wake up with an amazing view out of the window every morning. The location was perfect with a short drive into Bend or to Mt. Bachelor, and the Sunriver shopping area was just a few miles away. Additionally, the bike path is maybe ½ mile away and can be accessed by mostly back roads. I was able to go all over the place in Sunriver by bike without having to really worry about cars. 5 stars for sure. We will most definitely stay here next time we come. Joe

I loved staying at this place. Comfortable set up for groups to hang out, the place had everything we needed to prepare meals and coffee. Great location near Mount Bachelor and Bend. Quiet neighborhood and great views out of the house! Bike trails and breweries nearby in Sunrise as well. Fun place, would love to stay here again. - Simon
Exceptional Property and Experience with Bennington

Excellent design and floor plan. Very convenient to Sunriver but with the added privacy of being on an acre of lot space. Great west facing views from the 3rd level. Don't skip past this rental. Bennington exceeded all my expectations as well. Great communication. Responded immediately to all my questions/texts. Even sent a crew over on the eve of Thanksgiving to bring a grill to the property. They made sure our stay was 100% positive.
