Large windows bring the serene outdoor surroundings full of light inside this beautiful home. Centrally located in Sunriver near Woodlands Golf Course, this thoughtfully laid-out retreat easily accommodates large or multiple families. The house itself sits on a large .27 acre lot with multiple decks. The peacefulness of this setting is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners on the deck.
A living room plus sitting area offers plenty of room for socializing with comfortable seating. The fully-stocked kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather your group around the large dining table, which seats 12.
Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with King bed and full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and a full guest bathroom in the hall. Both of these rooms have portable AC units available in the summer.
Head downstairs for another King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, the bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen pyramid bunk plus twin trundle, and bedroom 5 with a Queen bed, plus a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The spacious hot tub on the mid-level deck provides a perfect opportunity to relax under the stars after an active day. Enjoy a ride along the miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver on one of the adult bikes provided with this home.
Two portable air conditioners are available for the warmer months.

Both Master Suites were extremely comfortable and spacious. The additional King and Queen bedroom were on the small-side, but sufficed for our group. The hottub was perfection and we loved that the garage at this house had ping pong, air hockey, bikes and sleds. Some of the kitchen ware and appliances are a bit outdated (the fridge is also small relative to the size of the house and number of guests you’ll likely have), but there is plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your guests. Communication with Bennington is easy and fantastic service. We will stay with Bennington again!

We had a great time and the team was very responsive. We had a slight issue with the dryer and they sent someone immediately to fix it. The hot tub was amazing, the vibe was super cozy and there was plenty of space in the house.
