This home is great and very family oriented (even though it is a tri-level with lots of stairs). Location is great and super quiet. Bikes and ping pong table a huge hit! Super clean. Bennington was super responsive and very helpful. We hope to come back one day!

The home is well equipped for small children with two cribs and children's table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The house advertises 4 bikes but only 3 were provided. Bennington was able to provide the fourth bike for us.

This house has lots of room for a large family or multiple families. There are two sets of bunk beds, two cribs, and several pieces of children's furniture so small children can be well accommodated. The house advertised 4 bikes, but only had 3. Bennington was able to get us a fourth bike for our stay. Overall a nice home.

We stayed here during our kid's spring break and the house was perfect for us. The layout was really nice. The house had everything we needed plus some. The hot tub was lovely and the views of the golf course were picturesque. Can't really think of any negatives. Infact, we had such a good time we even extended our trip a couple more nights. Thanks for a great experience and a wonderful memory for our family.

Hot tub is bigger than is shown in the online pictures. Its not huge by any means but you can get 4 folks in there okay. The picture looks like you can barely get in 2.

Great home for the price. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub is a little small and my daughter found a dirty diaper in the toy box downstairs but we contacted Bennington Properties and they are addressing the issue. Great and prompt customer service, very pleased with our experience.

It is a beautiful, well furnished home and nicely laid out for a group stay. The kitchen was well equipped with any item we might need. All in all a wonderful house.We were all very happy with the time spent at #6 Cherrywood and want to thank Bennington Properties for their excellent service. They were immediate on answering any phone calls we made asking questions and sent someone immediately to help us find a light switch that was hiding from us ;) It was most appreciated.

The house is in excellent condition, with all the amenities (we did not try the electronics). Plenty of room, seating, and kitchenware for entertaining. The house stayed reasonably cool despite 100 degree weather. The layout is excellent. I think the only mild negative would be that, for my wife and I, the master bed wasn't as comfortable as preferred - though this is obviously personal preference

Had a great time in this well appointed home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large family dinner, and all the bedrooms were comfy! Really appreciated the baby gates on stairs as we did have a toddler with us.

We choose this house every summer for the family! We love the location, on the Woodlands Golf Course, in the quiet end of Sunriver, but within biking distance to the SHARK for the Grandkids. This is the best equipped house and kitchen we have ever stayed in, and we have been going to Sunriver for many years at different times of the year.

The house was fantastic - very nicely furnished and well equipped. One of the bikes needed to have the brakes fixed and the staff jumped right on it by providing us a rental bike until it got fixed. Excellent service! Two things need attention: The screen door going out to the main deck is off the track and needs to be replaced. Also, there is a very nice 6 place glass-top dining table of the deck but only three chairs to go with it. There were two cheap plastic Adirondack chairs on the deck but not suitable for dining. There was a card table chair but we had six people. A house of this quality (and rental price) deserves better. Finally, your website states "...affords both golf course and MT Bachelor views from the great room and upper deck" and shows a picture of Mt. Bachelor. There is no way you can see the mountain from anywhere on the deck or from the great room. The picture was clearly taken from the 7th fairway, not from the house. This was very disappointing and very misleading. You need to correct your website. That said, we had a wonderful stay at the house. Thank you.

the 3000sq foot house (5 Cherrywood) was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely more than enough space. Clean and well stocked- I have never seen so many dishes , pots and pans, and multiple appliances available. Wow. The bed was very comfortable and since I'm always cold, the extra blankets on the shelf in the closet was well appreciated. The hot tub was perfect-in fact, so much so, guess who got home and started the conversation with her husband on why we needed one? There was enough parking space in the driveways and although available, we never did get to the 8 bicycles in the garage...
