Come and relax in peaceful Sunriver. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is conveniently located near Fort Rock Park. Take a moment and sit back on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by mature ponderosa trees. You'll enjoy your morning coffee on the great back deck and star-gazing at night in the brand-new hot tub. Take advantage of the bikes provided and ride on the miles and miles of paved paths around Sunriver.
The main level of this home features an open-layout concept with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all together. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV and DVD player plus a slider leading out to the hot tub. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 plus 2 more at the breakfast bar in the fully-stocked kitchen.
On the main level is a Queen bedroom with attached bathroom with walk-in shower and a sliding glass door leading onto the wrap-around deck and hot tub.
Head upstairs to find a Queen bedroom, flat screen TV with Roku capabilities and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Twins. These rooms share a full jack-n-jill bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The garage is insulated and heated - perfect for drying wet gear after a day at Mt. Bachelor! You'll also find owner provided bicycles for touring around town.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

If you light up fireplace upstairs, the heating system would not turn on, so downstairs will be very cold

The house overall is GREAT for the nightly rate we paid, of course more outdated than some, but again indicative of the price, however, with that said you really longed for nothing when you were there. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, as I cooked in for 5 nights and was able to prepare anything I needed. We only used the upstairs bedroom and the bed was very nice as well the pillows. ( felt like a new mattress). Very generous of the owners to include the wood and having a WOOD burning fireplace was such a treat! The only negative we had, which does not concern the owner in the slightest was the proximity to the other houses. With the exception of the 2 sliders every window in the house looks right over to anothers home, so for privacy issues we kept every window closed but the 2 sliders. It was just the two of us but the plumbing, flushing toilets and washing machine are so loud that it could be an issue with other people in the home but again , the age of the home and we did not mind a bit because EVERYTHING was in working order! We will be sure to refer this house to friends.

The house is in a great, quiet location near the park and walking paths. Pet friendly and cozy with lots of dry firewood in the garage. Great family time around the large dining table and comfortable living room furniture. However, it could have been better for the price. Bring your own hatchet to make kindling or the dry wood won't do you much good. The house and contents, including bedding, don't appear to have not been updated since the home was built in the 70's which makes it feel like it isn't clean. The only thing not clean is the main floor carpet. Carpet is beyond it's reasonable life and probably can't be cleaned. The upper bedrooms are very cold in winter as there are no vents in the bathroom or smaller bedroom upstairs. The downstairs bedroom becomes very hot when trying to ensure enough heat to upper bedrooms. Hot tub didn't work 3 of 4 days we stayed which we discovered late Christmas eve. However, Bennington called out maintenance the day after Christmas and they went to heroic measures to get it working. Nice to have a working tub after a full day of snow shoeing. FYI. There's a secret drawer in the cookie sheet cabinet with the sharp knives!

We are so sorry the hot tub wasn't functional for most of your stay, but I'm happy to hear the hot tub company came out to get it working! This home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining we had everything our family needed to host a family gathering right down to the serving platters! The house was clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy, it was the perfect weekend away our family! I loved how well put together and stocked the kitchen was it made things so easy. I can't wait to come back again.

Overall the house was fine, but the lighting in this house is horrendous. The only room in the entire house that had decent lighting was the kitchen. It would do a world of good for the house to take about 20 minutes and change all of the light bulbs in the house with brighter ones.

This home is perfectly functional and clean. Guests should be aware, however, that it is very small and the interior needs updating. The bathrooms, furnishings, carpet, and lighting are from decades ago and the house felt dark and dated. The downstairs bedroom and bath are quite small. The upstairs electrical outlets could not support cell phone charging - everything had to be charged from the kitchen. The WiFi was not strong enough to reliably support the Roku in the upstairs bedrooms. The back deck and hot tub seemed newer and were very enjoyable. The kitchen had updated countertops, and was well stocked. This is a fine economical stay, but keep your group small and don't expect the creature comforts of a modern home. We had five adults and it was cramped, especially because of the bathrooms.

Very spacious and good location to everything. We had everything we needed and would rent this house again. We also rented 2 Cedar lane as we had several family members together. Great place to rent two houses right next to each other. Bennington Properties was very attentive to check on us and make sure we had everything that was needed.

The kitchen was not stocked well w basics. 4 people could have used more utensils, but we did utilize dishwasher. Liquid soap by kitchen sink would have been helpful. Mini shampoo & conditioner in bathroom would have been helpful. We did appreciate Bennington had shampoo & conditioner in office when we picked up DVD next day. We loved pet amenity upon arrival. Very nice to receive SR Marina partial reimbursement. Very nice perk. Miss that Sharc is no longer included in package. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and well equipped. It was ideal for our stay with an elderly person to have one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. One suggestion would be to provide a garage opener (or number pad on the door). The bikes provided were fine, but we would recommend bringing your own with gears to help with the small hills around Sunriver! Would definitely return. Thank you.

My family returned to Cedar 3 for a second visit because we love the location and the price is right. It's on a nice quiet cul-de-sac near Fort Rock and the bike path. The house could use some updating and improvements, however. The queen beds are very firm, too much so for our family. The TV is in need of repair or replacement as the screen has color issues. Still, for the price and location, it is a good choice for a family looking for a simple home. We had a great experience with Bennington overall, and Robert was very responsive when we had a problem with booking a side trip, which was much appreciated.

As always you guys are great, and the house was great but was musty, we bought some air freshener and opened windows which helped. We were very grateful that you had someone help us with the cable box within a few minutes of our call. Love the dog run and wash! We will be back.

This house is very comfortable and well set up. The setting is great. We liked that it faced the woods away from major roads. We walked out the back door to the bike path to the village. We definitely would stay there again!!
